Appaling service

Placed my order and was promised it yesterday. 'Express Delivery ' they stated but still have not received my order. And the delivery fee was not good. £7.99 for a large photo?
My photon is TWO DAYS late. You mislead me to believe that you would deliver it yesterday. WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Appaling service

Appaling service. The restaurant was less than half empty when we were sat down. We were told by our server that he would be back in a few minutes to take our drink order. He disappeared out the back, and 20 minutes later ... still no one came to take any order from us. There were two staff clearing a few tables, and two other staff supposedly looking after the customers. Ors disappeared and the other was mainly stood by the bar doing little. She saw us come in, and new we had been sat for a while. But never came over to take our order. Really poor service. We walked out and ate elsewhere.

You would think that with the poor rating they have, Ask Italian would take measures to improve their service. I will never go back to their restaurant.

Dissapointing

So, having phoned KCOM this morning, I am beginning to finally see why they have such a poor rating.

Having looked on the KCOM website for a better deal, I came across the 'Full Fibre 500' offer of £29.99 for 24 months. Which, I suppose is fairly reasonable. This was one of several deals listed. So I phoned KCOM to switch. However, I was informed, by the not so helpful operator, that those deals only apply to new customers. Really? Then I was informed that it does state on the website that these deals are for new customers only. Which, is actually on the website, but you have to scroll through all the deals to the very bottom of the page. And low and behold, there it was in the small print. So why not just have 'New Customers Only' written at the top of the page in big letters so customers don't waste their time?

Further to this, the operator was not very helpful. I wasn't given any options. I am currently paying £30.99 for Full Fibre 30. That's 470Mbps less than Full Fibre 500, and for £1.00 less. So why can't you offer this to existing customers? Because once you have the customers, money is the only important thing to KCOM.

I am now looking around for a better deal, and Connexin are looking very favourable. KCOM have had the monopoly for far too long.

Very dissapointing KCOM.

Appaling solictor

Appaling solictor. Totally incompetent and made many mistakes, including numerous simple calculations. Provided false information too. I also ended paying almost double of their original quote, which was not totally justified.

I will never use this company again, and I certainly would not recommend them to anyone. Quote the opposite.

You rely on solicitors to help with legal matters and put your trust in them, inly to be let down. They should not be allowed to charge extortionate prices and give a very poor service.

Absolutely appalling quality

Absolutely appalling quality. The material was actually shiny and nothing like the picture on the website. The stitching was really poor. This company misleads you into buying something advertised but sends you something completely different.

I contacted the company and they just want to give me a voucher to spend on their website. Really? They honestly think that I would return to buy something else from them? They have been delaying my refund for 4 weeks now, so I have contacted PayPal to get my money back.

Awful product, awful customer service ... avoid buying from this company. Just wish I had read the reviews before I made a purchase.

Appalling Company

Well, I wish I had read the reviews before signing up.
Absolute appaling customer service. Signed up on line for a 6 month deal with the first month free. However, when I checked my bank account, they had literally taken 3 payments within the first 2 weeks from signing up. They had signed me up for Cinema, and Boost ( whatever that is ) by default, although this was not clear when signing up.
When I got in touch to ask why, they were not very helpful and stated that there was no deal because it wasn't an official NowTV offer link that I clicked on. Basically told me I had signed up and would need to pay for 6 months with no free month.
When signing up, unbeknownst to me, they added Cinema and Boost packages automatically, and nit wasn't made clear that these were additional packages which you have to pay full price for.
Absolutely one of the worse companies I have had to deal with.
And they do not even respond to customers reviews ... says it all really. Avoid signing up with NowTV!

Awful company

Awful company. I have been with BG for many years, and in early November 2022, I informed them that I would be moving home and asked them to switch on the day to my new address. Four months later, they still hadn't setup up my new account and I had to keep chasing them.
Further to this, now I can actually see my account, it would appear that BG had only credited me with one Cost Of Living payment for the four months that I couldn't get into my account. BG should know this is a monthly credit, so why only add one payment? So, I had to open a chat with BG, because it is impossible to get through by phone, and all they could say was 'sorry' and I would be credited within 90 days? 90 days? Really? You are already three months behind. That will take it upto 5 months to receive my credit which they owe me. Absolutely appalling service.
Even further to this, I asked the operator in the chat to raise a complaint, to which he did, but then informed me that the complaint would be closed and kept on file for record. So what is the point in raising a complaint? They do nothing about the complaint.
I will be switching suppliers once I have received what they owe. They are a terrible company.

Rubbish. How can you be on a credit score of 822, and then just drop 222 points to 600 just because you moved address? How riddiculous. If this was a paid service, I certainly wouldn't be using it.

Dishonest company that just lie

And yet again I am writing a review about Evri. They cannot be trusted. My last review stated that Evri informed me that they tried to deliver .. but that was a lie. I am expecting a parcel now and guess what .. yes, its very late and they a trying to cover it up saying that they tried to deliver. What a joke. The world's worse courier service ever.

Appalling service

I wish I could have left a score of ZERO.
By far one of the most incompetent companies I have ever had to deal with. And the BG app is no good for anything.
Got in touch with BG through the app to inform them of my house move. BG then informed me that they will do everything for me. But did they ... no, I have just spent over an hour on BG chat (because it was impossible by phone) just to be told that I would have to sort it out myself, even though they were provided with everything. So all BG have done is added to the stress of moving. Appalling service. I am tempted to search for a different provider.

## In reply to BG's response: why are you sending me a link for moving home. Did you not read the review? I moved in November 2022. So that is of no use to me whatsoever: And thus proving my main point about BG yet again.

Wow - How appalling is the LG Customer Service

Wow, I guess I should have read the reviews before purchasing an LG product. 1.2% out of 5 is terrible.
Got in touch with LG regarding issues with my Smart TV. They didn't help and then they stopped replying. Worse customer service ever. I will never purchase another LG product again.

You will get ripped off continuously

I get ripped off continuously. I complete surveys and no pay out. And it's OK Qmee saying 'contact us', they just give you excuses saying 'it is out of their control, and down to the survey providers'. You know the issues Qmee. Do something about it!

03/11/2022: wow, there is some suggestion in that reply that users could be misusing the surveys? Well that is certainly a way of pushing the blame on.

We are aware that some of our users have been experiencing a higher number of survey declines in recent weeks than usual. Our Survey Tech Team have been investigating this and their findings suggest that this has been caused by a couple of reasons including the following:

1. The same surveys have been provided by a number of our surveys partners - which means you may have already taken part in a survey via one survey partner, so if a different survey partner invites you to that survey again, unfortunately, they will have to decline you (as you've already taken the survey).

2. There's been an increase in quality measures by our survey partners which are used to detect poor survey practices such as inconsistencies in survey profiles, straight-lining (providing identical/similar responses to every question in the survey) and speeding through surveys. Survey partners are now more likely to decline surveys for 'quality reasons'. To avoid this happening please check that your survey profile is accurate and up to date and that you are answering surveys to the best of your ability and that you take your time.

3. The survey content is much lower across the whole industry at the moment, which means more declines are likely.

We are working closely with our Survey Partners to improve the situation.

Worse service ever.

Absolutely the worse service I have ever come across. They lied saying they had called to collect a parcel, and that the packaging was 'unsuitable'. On TWO occasions they said they called, and they never did. So how can they say that the packaging was unsuitable? Absolutely crap! DO NOT USE EVRI!!!

By far the worse incompetent solicitors that I have ever had the misfortune of using. Made several mistakes, and although they were aware of their incompetence, they never offered to refund what services I had paid for, yet never received. I do not recommend them, and I most certainly would never recommend them to anyone else ... quite the opposite in fact. Very poor!

Absolute rubbish. The two times I tried to send a single file, and both times they failed. The help is rubbish and typically there is no contact information. I wasted 3 hours on trying to send a zipped file after opening an account with them this morning. I shall be deleting my account this evening.

Very disappointed in NI

Native Instruments products are excellent. Unfortunately, their customer support is by far the worse I have ever come across.
Over the past 18 months I have spent over £2000 on NI equipment and software. And initially, when I had an issue they, albeit a slow response, managed to solve my issue. But more recently, I have come across an issue with their software and they are just not responding. This has been going on for about 4 weeks now.
NI shouldn't be pushing customers to the forums for help. They should provide a customer support line.
I have read many bad reviews about NI, this cant be good for their reputation.

Exceptional

I have recently made my forth purchase with Music Matter, and I can honestly say that they have been exceptional on every occasion.
They respond to my emails promptly, they always deliver very quickly, and, being the cheapest supplier I have found, always give me a very good price.
Music Matter were recommended to me initially, and I will always highly recommend them to others based on my experience. Hence why I have returned to Music Matter for my music equipment numerous times.
