Very disappointed in NI
Native Instruments products are excellent. Unfortunately, their customer support is by far the worse I have ever come across.
Over the past 18 months I have spent over £2000 on NI equipment and software. And initially, when I had an issue they, albeit a slow response, managed to solve my issue. But more recently, I have come across an issue with their software and they are just not responding. This has been going on for about 4 weeks now.
NI shouldn't be pushing customers to the forums for help. They should provide a customer support line.
I have read many bad reviews about NI, this cant be good for their reputation.
