Appalling service
I wish I could have left a score of ZERO.
By far one of the most incompetent companies I have ever had to deal with. And the BG app is no good for anything.
Got in touch with BG through the app to inform them of my house move. BG then informed me that they will do everything for me. But did they ... no, I have just spent over an hour on BG chat (because it was impossible by phone) just to be told that I would have to sort it out myself, even though they were provided with everything. So all BG have done is added to the stress of moving. Appalling service. I am tempted to search for a different provider.
## In reply to BG's response: why are you sending me a link for moving home. Did you not read the review? I moved in November 2022. So that is of no use to me whatsoever: And thus proving my main point about BG yet again.
