Never really had an issue however pricing/retention miles off the pace. £35 for 300Mbps ?...told ' yeah but this is a premium service ' .. implying other networks don't provide a premium service. Will be shopping around and taking my business elsewhere.
Had to pay the plan for a year without using it just because the area where I moved wasn't covered by them. Tried everything, they were asking for around 900£ to cancel the plan, even more than I would pay monthly.
Blake and Ellis arrived exactly at the beginning of our allotted installation period. After a discussion on the location of the new ONT the required work was carried out efficiently with the original landline number ported over soon after.
Adam & Corey were diligent, with minimal fuss and time to install the full fibre broadband equipment.

It was easy to setup and all devices that was connected to my previous router were connected automatically. The monitoring and configuration from my phone is handy and gives me a great view of what is going on in my network.

Rang Kcom to sort broadband connection. Call answered straight away. Staff very professional, every thing was explained, choice of date and time for connection at house to suit and very reasonably priced for our service needs. Would highly recommend.

Billed me wrong. Promised to fix it, didn't and are now refusing to refund.
Upgraded to a lower plan as went from out of contract to new contract.
I spent an hour on the phone with them a few weeks ago, was promised a credit on my bill that would reduce the DirectDebit to put things how they should be.
They have now collected the whole amount incorrectly. I raised a complaint, they told me everything is fine and the credit "will not be actioned" because I upgraded too close to the billing date (it was like a week before the billing date!) so to suck it up.
Absolutely insane behaviour. Will be taking to the Ombudsman.

Like talking to brick wall spent a full 45 mins on the phone and had the call disconnected by the person and handed to pillar to post trying to get a date sorted

New to Kcom, Matt and Jake came and fitted in our broadband. Customer service was on point, we had a conversation and loved how they said hello to our 1 year old daughter. Once fitted he took me through the app and overall I am happy. Thank you both!

received an email from KCOM that our contract was coming to and. My wife and I visited the Hull city centre KCOM building/reception. We were dealt with quickly by the female receptionist who explained the various options available to us in simple terms. The whole process took less than 15 minutes and we are now on a cheaper package than before.
