Great Product, But Shrinkage and Pricing Disappoint…

I recently received my monthly delivery and noticed that the tube size has been reduced from 75 ml to 60 ml. I also found a small note in the envelope explaining this change.

While I understand that the ingredients remain the same, I feel this reduction - without a price adjustment - is a bit disappointing. I like the product a lot; it does a great job stopping my head from shining, and the SPF works well (I use 30 in the winter and will go to 50 in the summer).

That said, I don’t agree with your note about the new formula supposedly lasting 3 months per tube, yet the subscription is only offered for 1–2 months 🤔. Perhaps the subscription options should be updated to include a 3-month choice if there really are 96 applications per tube.

It feels like shrinkage plus forced “frequent purchases.” Even with the new formula, the price per month has actually gone up.

I hope you can clarify this and consider adjusting the subscription options accordingly.

Thanks so much for your orders and review. Regarding the ingredients, they are not the same in the new formulas, they have all been upgraded.

The UV filters are better for your skin and more effective, the packaging is better, the formula is firmer and lasts longer.

But regarding subscriptions you are absolutely right and we have taken action so now, 3 monthly subscriptions are available on the website. Hope this sorts it!

Update (October 2025) - Bad Service

Update (October 2025):
Sadly, nothing has improved. Despite contacting Evri’s CEO, company secretary, and multiple support channels, I’ve received no reply at all. My latest parcel (Tracking No. H051JA0148999891) has been “delayed” with no delivery time, no update, and no explanation.

Evri’s silence says it all — they simply don’t care. When a company ignores emails sent directly to senior management, it’s clear customers don’t matter to them. I’ve now had several issues in a row, and not one of them was resolved properly.

I said before that Evri live up to their reputation — and I stand by it. They remain the worst delivery company in the UK, and their refusal to communicate only proves it. Retailers should really stop using them before they lose customers by association.

Terrible service, never received my order

I ordered a bracelet and chain from ICEEX Official and requested cancellation before it even shipped, but they ignored my emails, blocked my address, and shipped it anyway. The parcel has been bouncing around since 5th Sept and I never received it. Customer service is non-existent — emails go unanswered and they do not honour cancellation requests.

Luckily, my bank (Lloyds) stepped in and I got my money back, but I would never recommend this company. Buyer beware — they take your money and ignore all communications.

Excellent Customer Service After a Rocky Delivery

I’ve been a Totally Wicked customer 2011. My latest order initially arrived in terrible condition due to Evri - the parcel was thrown over my gate, soaking wet, and already open.

I contacted Totally Wicked directly, and to their credit, they apologised on behalf of Evri and immediately resent my full order free of charge. The replacement just arrived, perfectly packaged.

This kind of fast, no-quibble resolution shows they genuinely care about their customers. Mistakes happen, and while Evri caused the problem, Totally Wicked handled it brilliantly. I’ll continue to shop with them, reassured that they stand behind their service and products.

Long-Time Customer Disappointed by Courier Choice

I joined Totally Wicked back on 7th August 2011, and I’ve always respected the brand and its products. But my recent order left me shocked and disappointed. They continue to use Evri – a courier with one of the worst reputations in the UK – and my parcel arrived exactly as feared - already open, soaking wet, and thrown over my gate without a knock. The driver crept away, leaving me no choice but to accept a damaged delivery.

After so many years as a customer, I expected better. It’s not the products that are at fault, but the decision to stick with an unreliable courier. A company is judged not only on what it sells, but how it delivers it, and Totally Wicked is being let down badly.

Unless Totally Wicked rethinks their courier choice, I’ll sadly have to reconsider ordering again. Loyal customers deserve respect, and parcels deserve to arrive safely.

Evri – The Worst Delivery Service in the UK

Evri really live up to their terrible reputation. My recent delivery was an absolute disgrace. The parcel was left dumped over my gate, already opened, soaked through, and damaged beyond use. This wasn’t five hours in the rain – it was five minutes before I picked it up, and it was ruined. No knock at the door, no attempt to deliver properly, just total carelessness.

What makes it worse is that this isn’t a one-off. Evri drivers constantly cut corners, mark parcels as “delivered” when they’re not, and treat people’s property like rubbish. There is zero accountability, zero care, and clearly zero pride in doing the job properly.

I’ll think twice about ordering from any company that continues to use Evri as their courier. If retailers want happy customers, they need to stop working with a delivery service that can’t manage the basics – delivering a parcel intact, on time, and with respect.

Avoid Evri at all costs.

Strap Doesn’t Fit – Head Office Refused to Help

I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 (40mm) and was very excited for it to arrive. Unfortunately, the strap that comes in the box is far too small for an average adult wrist - I had to use the very last hole, and even then it was uncomfortable and kept coming off.

This makes the watch unwearable straight out of the box, which is unacceptable for a £319 product. I ordered the 40mm model because that size fits my wrist - the larger models would have been too big. The strap should reasonably accommodate an adult wrist, not only smaller wrists.

I ended up returning the watch. While the device itself looks great and the features are fine in theory, the strap issue alone makes this purchase impractical unless you’re willing to spend extra money on a replacement.

I even contacted Samsung's head office to request the correct size strap, but they refused to provide it, leaving me with a premium £319 watch that I couldn’t wear. I ended up returning it.

For anyone considering this watch - check the strap fits and you have a smaller wrist. For a premium product, this is a basic design oversight that really shouldn’t happen.

The point I’m making is simple: the strap supplied with the 40mm Watch 8 is far too small for the average wrist. Customers need to know this before being encouraged to buy, otherwise they’ll discover too late that the watch doesn’t fit properly and they’ll be forced to spend even more money on replacement straps. A £319 watch should be usable out of the box with the strap it comes with.

My first experience with Hyundai Birmingham West

My first experience with Hyundai Birmingham West after servicing my car was extremely disappointing -

The courtesy car was filthy (dust, sweets in seats, old tissues/rags in pockets, dirty carpets), not washed and parked off-site with no guidance.

My own car wasn’t cleaned or vacuumed after service - I was told there was no access to these basic facilities. I asked, “What, a vacuum cleaner?”

Staff offered no guidance or help, including operating the electric Ioniq courtesy car - I had to figure it out myself.

They tried to upsell me an air-con filter for my 12-month-old car as part of the service. I was told by Motor Mobility that a one-year-old car didn’t need one, I refused it.

No communication when my car was ready - only a single text, no phone call.

Looking at other reviews, it’s clear this is a pattern - 71% of customers report poor service. Very unprofessional for a main Hyundai dealer.

Drop-shipped from China, Refund After 11 Emails – Avoid

I ordered a TrimPod 2.0 from GroomHere on June 2nd. It was advertised as shipping from the UK with an estimated delivery time of 8–10 days. It finally arrived 11 days later, and the packaging clearly suggested it had been dropshipped from China — not what was promised.

After seeing multiple bad reviews all over the internet about this product (too many), I decided I didn’t want it at all. I contacted them immediately to return it, but despite their earlier promise to provide a return address "once the parcel arrives", they ignored me. I had to send five emails over 2 days - and 11 total emails - just to get a return address. Only when I threatened to open a PayPal case did they respond.

They tried offering me a 50% refund to keep it, likely because it would cost them more to get it back to the fulfilment centre. I later found the exact same razor on AliExpress for £17.96, which explains everything — this is clearly a dropshipping setup.

I eventually got my refund after returning the item (unopened, tracked, and signed), but the hassle was absurd. There was no transparency, no urgency, and no accountability. It felt like they were deliberately stalling to make me give up.

Avoid GroomHere at all costs. It's not a real UK shop - just a slow, unresponsive middleman for cheap overseas goods, and the product is really not worth the money spent!

Disappointing

Disappointing - Oversized and Uncomfortable

I purchased a pair of Gumbies slippers after reading so many glowing reviews, expecting ultimate comfort. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite.
First, the sizing is way off. I ordered my usual size (UK 8), but the slippers I received were at least one or two sizes too big. They were also incredibly wide, making them impossible to wear without slipping off. I had read a few reviews mentioning that some people needed socks to wear them, but these weren’t just a little big—they were huge!
On top of that, the slippers were not comfortable at all. They felt hard, rigid, and rough on my feet, which is definitely not what I was expecting for the price (£37.95). I had hoped for a cosy, cushioned feel, but these slippers were too firm and uncomfortable to walk around in.
In summary, these slippers did not live up to the hype. For the price, I expected much better quality and comfort. I returned them immediately for a refund. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone looking for soft, cosy house slippers.

I ordered the Hugo Boss - The Scent (100ml spray) on September 26th, and it arrived on October 1st. I want to share my positive experience with Parfumdreams.

Contrary to some negative reviews claiming it’s a scam, I had no issues whatsoever. This is not a fake website, and the products are genuine. I tested my fragrance immediately upon arrival, and it smells just as it should.

Considering it shipped from Germany to the UK, I don’t find a delivery time of just over a week to be long at all. I would definitely use parfumdreams again in the future.

The packaging was excellent, and they even included two free samples. I really have no complaints and can't understand the negative feedback others have shared.

Highly recommended!

Smashed Box…

the box of trainers arrived in a terrible mess, the box was ripped and smashed to pieces, its as if Sports Direct doesn't care and carries on just taking the money!
I doubt ill be ordering from them again - I returned them

Since then Sports Direct have got in touch with me to say when they send the product the box is only to protect the product! to which I totally disagree as the item should be delivered DOUBLE BOXED as not to damage the inner box on delivery, they just seem not to be bothered about the state their product arrives as long as the trainers are not damaged

Also you have to pay for returns which is terrible
