Sadly, nothing has improved. Despite contacting Evri’s CEO, company secretary, and multiple support channels, I’ve received no reply at all. My latest parcel (Tracking No. H051JA0148999891) has been “delayed” with no delivery time, no update, and no explanation.
Evri’s silence says it all — they simply don’t care. When a company ignores emails sent directly to senior management, it’s clear customers don’t matter to them. I’ve now had several issues in a row, and not one of them was resolved properly.
I said before that Evri live up to their reputation — and I stand by it. They remain the worst delivery company in the UK, and their refusal to communicate only proves it. Retailers should really stop using them before they lose customers by association.
