Review of Hotel Chocolat
I do 100's of reviews about restaurants, take aways and Cafe's..however this one is was trying to keep to myself lol, HOTEL CHOCOLAT in the Merry Hill Centre is amazing the Cafe side, being served by Magdalena and Holly...happy and cheerful and so so friendly..service 10 out of 10 the Bannana cake was A1* the flat white coffee as good, my partner had been there 3 or 4 times before, this was my 1st of many visits..I used to use Costa and Starbucks and even Mark's and Spencers..this is a gem of a place...not overly large...enough room to be comfortable...try it you won't be disappointed...huge thanks to Holly and Magdalena making the visit worth while....

Me and my partner are regular visitors to the merry hill restaurant and we have always had faultless service and food is amazing..this visit today was a little different as we went in the daytime, something we won't do again the food as always is exceptional however the manager wss new to us and the tall gentleman with bun has served us before. when we asked for a table on the opposite side as we have done before her reply was I'm not opening that side but you can choose any other table, (the manner was dismissive) please be were only 2 other couples in at that time. We were given time to order, the starter was served and when asked for parmesan was told shatply there was already some on the dish? the guy walked off. The main again delicious came and again and we waited to see if he would this offer the parmesan he didn't so I asked and we got some. desert time again delicious however the cutlery was dumped abruptly on the table left for us to sort..
the drinks at the start were served unopened by the manageress herself...we go to this establishment because of the service and the quality of the food and regularly tip, this time however apart from the food the service and attitude was terrible, it was clear that even with only 3 tables they couldn't be bothered.
the manageress was even at one point making out that the people who served on our previous visits didn't exist from the description that I gave and the name Laura is in my previous review not in my imagination and yes she had blonde hair not brunette - she was lovely considerate and helpful as were the rest of her team hence her sticking in our minds...will I still go here for food. YES for a dining experience NO

This is a review for Stourbrige Tesco Cafe, the staff there are amazing Kiera and Karen especially...they go the extra mile to make your visit fab...yes the cafe...I have used this cafe approx 4 times and always have the same large breakfast and its always served with a smile....on one occasion Kiera was serving a man in the que and his attitude was horrendous talking down and being rude quite frankly...but she handled in her stride and still smiled when serving customers after...both ladies are a credit to Tesco's and are brilliant ambassadors for the brand....(ps: ladies and gents remember people have feelings and speak to people how you'd like to be spoke to) 10 out 10 and thanks for service

I visit these gambling places and in all fairness the staff are excellent i go to stourbridge and Luke tracey and louise are welcoming and polite and friendly go that extra mile...you win you lose..most people who play must know there isn't such a thing as a safe bet...when you can't afford to lose dont go in...simples...I have also starting using kidderminster and I heard mixed reviews but my own personal opinion is the same as stourbridge polite and friendly the manager introduced herself made me a coffee and was very attentive...I go to these places as its a break from.the norm where I can just chill...and all the staff at both of these branches of Shipleys are amazing...I go in at least 5 times a week and was lucky to win £500 by picking a number on a wall...£500 for nothing is brilliant then you could win a free 65" TV...I just hope the Shipleys owners appreciate the staff they have as each one is an asset to your company 😀

T04CFA1315666797 is my delivery / tracking number i had a text to say business was closed at 9.07 am today...we are a retail store that opens at 8.45am and no delivery was tried...I have logged in and they said taking a little longer than normal apologies...why lie then?? I will from now in look at stuff I buy and make sure its delivered by Amazon not Evri as they are not dependable at all...waste of time

Adam ID: 4183 was excellent turned up earlier than expected got me going and really advised on what needed doing....saying that I had an email saying that the mobile mechanics would be in touch to discuss how much would cost to do the job thats required and as yet no call 😀 won't rate on that as Adam was brilliant and him alone is enough for 5 star and is a credit to RAC..I hope to receive a call with quote on job soon...I have had mobile mechanics before and they did A1 job....much better service than I ever had at AA and Green Flag

Laura at merry hill made me and my partners evening..her staff were attentive and incredibly professional the food we had from the summer set menu was A* and the service faultless this is possibly one of the best reasons to visit merry hill...we were in there from 18.15 leaving at about 20.40...the food was prompt and just enough time given between courses... I do have to say tonight was particularly challenging for Laura as was getting messed about by quite a few customers...still had a smile on her though...I have my new fave place to eat ...

Claire was amazing from dealing with my problem to replacement very polite and professional and even though I was very sharp at times due to dealing with warranty companies prior, she was so the opposite and very thorough and a real asset...made my experience for the first time with a warranty company pretty good...so huge thanks to you Claire...you made the whole experience pain free...thanks

have been using iHasco for quite a few years now, and the online learning is excellent informative and easy to understand - I have done the manual handling and have had the rest of the staff do this course, the cost is negligible, as the end result can save you your health and also save the company thousands in lost time due to staff being off. this course is to the point and highlights all major issues and what to watch out for- 10/10 - certificate at the end also!

I deal with very like a lot of you a lot and I have had fab service when things go right!, however this time I have had a few problems due to no contact regarding a delivery...I usually get a text from very to say a parcel is ready for collection.i ordered some shorts last month and they split the delivery then they asked me to review it, I didn't as had not received them....I left it a little while longer and still nothing I had another review request so I put everything 1 star and they reviewed my review and wouldn't allow it? anyhow I tried to contact very but they only give certain options to use...non of which were mine...so.i checked tracking details and was delivered to the Yodel nearest to me! ( no email.no text to say it's ready ) so I popped there today and it had been returned as RTS...so again I have been asked to review and nothing!! my point is why not have a dedicated shotline for people who have issues which could easily be sorted...I have to admit this is the first time this has happened so I am hoping this gets credited to my account...

finally sorted...had a lady called corelle, who kept in touch and sorted everything...even pre noticed another problem, told me and canceled it and bought the installation forward...called me every step of the way and in between getting fitted got a mini hub out for me to use...only reason not 5 stars is of all the hassle to get here...connection is great engineer from open reach was here for 2.5hrs and left no mess - wish I'd had this service from the start....10/10 for corelle a brilliant ambassador for BT

in reply to the reply you had given me from my post 5 days ago....NOT even an apology for wasting my valuable time from work (lost hours / hard credit search x2 ) BT on Facebook what a load of rubbish it's a shop no help nothing...had 2 texts saying that you were sending me some bags to send the hubs back to you and if I don't I get charged 50.00 each? you say that all your customers matter? prove it!!! I still have no Internet and I still need it...get it sorted without another hard search and I'll be happy.. but I think even if you promised I would still be weary...as I called on the day of fitting and was promised " we have spoken to open reach and you are deff on for today" - still waiting???. contact me and sort this mess??? and maybe I will believe you....you now own EE and I am with EE and never had a problem with them but they use you for internet provider so will they succeed where you failed????? - 3 times....please reply to this with options not excuses and then maybe I can get the Internet I need...I do look forward to your reply

was recommended to have bt installed by a very happy customer...thats where it ends, I arranged for internet to be fitted and a guy came round looked round and said yes needs a surveyor as he couldn't do it and left...then I had to ring again for an update ( I had a hub2 sent ) and well I was told that I would be contacted....Next day a guy rang and said I'm at yours talking to your mom ( my mom had moved over to Jamaica ) I said your not with my mom and he said your already linked to BT? I explained that I lived at another address where he then went to and called me again saying because I wasn't there I'd be charged? then he quickly said that he ment he gets paid either way and was putting as a no show...well after that I called BT and explained what had happened the guy on the phone said he would cancel that and start again...and was arranged for today 11.03.22 between 1 and 6pm I had to collect another hub2 as the engineer would need that...getting to 3.30pm and no call I had even replied to there texts confirming I was going to be there I decided to call BT and after a lengthy wait the reply was yes your deff being sorted today....5.45 still nothing done no contact so called again and another pin number and Eleanor tried to sort but i was put on hold and eventually lost the call she in all fairness tried to call back...again I called, this time I was with Keiron who put me on hold first for 14mins then again for 12 mins and seemed surprised I was still holding, his reply was well when they get back to there depot they will see that the job wasn't done and reschedule...bearing in mind this is the third time I'd been messed about...I must mention BT have done 2 hard searches against my credit report ( NOT GOOD for credit scoring) I asked Keiron if he could get someone to contact me about how this can be rectified and he couldn't give me an answer so my reply was cancel everything and.collect the 2hubs that BT will try to charge me for..he seemed relieved by this...BT are prob best at what they do but boy they make it hard to get the basic service...one person is small and insignificant to BT well that's how it appears...Will try Virgin now maybe they care about customers...can't even email customer complaints as ask for an Id?? poor service 😢

Iqram Ahmed, was the man I've been dealing with regarding my car finance, and I have to be honest I've had the best experience dealing with him, he has been in constant contact with me and the dealership I have been dealing with and he has gone over and beyond to help me...I have no hesitation in recommending him or Blue Motor Finance to my friends and relations and when I will be due for another car I will definitely give them my business....I wish other financial companies would take a leaf out of there book on how to deal with potential customers. thanks again
