You will comply
Very basic material, aimed at the masses rather than being specific to individual workplaces. Another example of the many ways the world pushes conformity and strips away individuality.

My school has used this company for training for many years and it has been great however recently they seem to be using a third party to organise their payments. For the last 2 months I have had my account shut down and been been bombarded with credit control emails demanding payment for an invoice we had already paid and there seems to be no route to resolve this.

Some courses are helpful and…
Some courses are helpful and informative and give good visual aids. They cover a wide range of topics and the quizzes are extensive and really check your understanding.
However, others are far too politically correct and damaging such as 'Equality, Diversity and Inclusion'. Of course you should be respectful and kind to colleagues but this one peddled the current trend of political correctness to the point where it advised you need to watch every word you say in case it offends someone. There was no attempt to address those who may hold different views to the issues being discussed, nor did it recognise that respectful discussions with those you disagree with is acceptable.

Poor quality and patronising
I've now taken several of this company's "courses", and compared to those I've done in the past through other companies, iHASCO is particularly poor. Courses are repetitious both within each course and between courses, very basic (e.g. their course on social media awareness would embarrass a 10-yr-old), and self-serving, in that they integrate slides promoting training courses into the training courses. There is also, unfortunately, evidence of bias within some aspects of course design: the course on sexual harassment chose to show the majority of harassers as female, even though that is not the case in the real world.
The day after this was posted, iHASCO have tried to have it removed, by asking for a "reference number" they haven't supplied, and my full name and contact phone number. No apology for the poor quality of their courses though, I note!
Online cyber security
Completed the online cyber security, very informative and helpful. Absolutely recommend.Thank you

HIGH RISK – MAY CAUSE BRAINDRAIN
Groundhog Day, but make it corporate.
If Kafka designed compliance training, this would be it.
I had the privilege of completing not one, not two, but five mandatory EHS modules:
- Display Screen Equipment
- Essential Health & Safety
- Slips, Trips & Falls
- Health & Safety for Homeworkers
- Health & Safety for Managers & Supervisors
And let me tell you — the creativity is astonishing. It’s basically the same content recycled in all five modules. By module three, I could recite the script better than the narrator. By module five, I was seriously considering slipping and falling just to make it stop.
Need to know how to sit in a chair? They’ve got that covered — in every single module. Working from home? Office? Managing people? Doesn’t matter — just adjust your chair, stretch, and don’t trip over your soul slowly leaving your body.
The cherry on top? Seven hours of my life gone — not learning, but clicking through déjà vu with a side of mild despair. These modules taught me many things:
How to resent PowerPoint animations
That the floor is always lava
And that true health risk is dying of boredom before finishing
Final verdict?
If this training were a safety hazard, it’d be marked HIGH RISK – MAY CAUSE BRAINDRAIN.
Five stars for consistency. Zero for sanity.

Poor experience
Courses are of good quality as is the pricing. Sadly the accounts team are incompetent. My payments were set up on a monthly direct debit and yet I was accused of not paying even though the direct debit payments had been taken. Hundreds of £s were taken from my account on 2 separate occasions without explanation. It has been refunded when requested but clearly abuse of the direct debit mandate. Now a third random payment has been taken at end December - again no explanation no notification. Enough is enough - I've cancelled my account with them. Very disappointing experience.

Great customer service
Got off to abit of a slow start as the link I was sent wasn't working but after speaking with Dan Nelson he had me all setup with the requested courses in no time. Very helpful would recommend and the courses are informative. 5*

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Since they moved over to the Atlas platform we have been waiting for 3 weeks to have an issue resolved. My advice is to use another online course provider as we have not been able to get a response having purchased a large number of course.

Another dreadful training video series…
Another dreadful training video series (Unconscious Bias Training)
Every few years we have to suffer under the hand of iHasco. The training is delivered in a slow paced, dull and uninteresting way and is far more interested with labelling practices and phenomena than actually dealing with the challenges of EDI.
what a useless tick box exercise.
iHasco, you could make this better by letting users do the test at the beginning and then watch what is relevant areas they are missing rather than telling us that "unconscious bias is a bias your not aware of" no S sherlock

It was great until they changed to Altas
This was a really great training option, until they made changes and became Altas. It is not very user friendly which is a shame as the previous version was great.
Don't fix things which are not broken as they say.
Comprehensive and current training content - exceptional customer service!
The product is easy to use and covers all our training needs with comprehensive and current training content. The customer service we received from Dan was exceptional - really listened to our company's needs and went above and beyond - a real credit to the company!. Would highly recommend this company for training needs.

Extremely dumb courses
Their cybersecurity course seems aimed at 3-year olds or people not living in a digitalized society. It also takes WAAAAY too long and is just downright wrong in many places. It's only good thing is that one can skip videos with a small javascript hack.
The GDPR regulatory course spends 10 minutes talking about the Wright brothers and how technology has advanced. F you for wasting my time you arrogant arses. Just shut up and go straight into the actual meat and potatoes. Everyone who actually does work *HATES* doing online courses, so making them as short as possible should be your nr 1 priority. Instead you drone on and on and on...
I strongly believe that the positive reviews here on trustpilot are paid for, which is in itself a sort of "cybersecurity threat" btw, as it might guide people to your crappy material instead of to a competent teacher.

Short and to the point
This training contained concise information, giving no more than needed.
The only problem I found was an ambiguous assessment question that cut down my result at the end.

Very Informative Training Course
I can thoroughly recommend the iHasco training course in regrad to Drugs and Alcohol Awareness. Very informative and plenty of useful information in the event that an employer should have to deal with an employee engaged in alchol or drugs abuse.
