The friendliness of Mark, the engineer and his willingness attempt to determine what the problem was on the bike and sort it. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Each time I have called the AA they respond within the hour. They have been able to fix my issues at the roadside with no added fees other than my
Membership. They even fixed my caravan when the brake lights were nt working.
The mechanics are always kind and respectful to a solo female customer.

The relay team took 3 and a half hours to reach us from nearby Glasgow after the patrol man left us. They were not instructed until 2 hours after George the patrol man left us having been told they would be with us within 1 and a half hours from the time George the patrol man left us. And then they could not relay us all the way to our destination the same day so we had to arrange to be collected from 50 miles away - and we paid £378 for this service - I’ve been an AA member for many years and this is first time I’ve had a breakdown and called you. I shall be submitting a claim for this poor service. George the patrol man was excellent but relay team very poor.

Andi was very helpful he called and kept us updated on his arrival. Once Andi was there he quickly diagnose the problem and fixed it and gave us advice on how to avoid this problem in future. Great service Andi keep it up.

I can't rate the AA patrol man high enough. William was professional and polite at all times. Diagnosed the issue within minutes. Made a temporary repair so the car got to the garage for repair. A credit to his profession. Outstanding service. Thank you William. Great response time.
