I cannot see or download my policy details.
Unless this is rectified with a week I will cancel my policy.
I have tried to telephone The AA on the only number available 0370 533 2211 three times, each time, I was kept waiting for 25minutes, then the line was cut off.
God knows what would happen if I was laying in a ditch after an accident.
I cannot access my documents.
Am I insured? Send them to me by post.

I contacted AA Insurance recently to…
I contacted AA Insurance recently to notify them of my Husbands passing.
I was out through to the bereavement team, and the lady I spoke to sounded like a robot reading from a script.
She could only deal with my roadside assistance policy and then I would need to speak to home insurance and then car insurance I was on the phone for well over an hour.
Each of my home insurance and car insurance the quotes were significantly higher, even though I was named on the policy’s.
And to add insult to injury they charged me 28.00 admission fee.
The whole process was inhuman, shame on you AA Insurance.

There are lots if unknown companies offering insurance. To get a strong price from a strong brand like the AA was amazing. An easy experience to join. Lets hope i don’t need to claim, however this is when a true insurance company steps up…
