More benefits than the last company very happy

I can not get into my policy,It tells me its going to send me a code it's takes a very long time.Then when you get it and put it in it says it's wrong.Am 73 and I would like paper work that I can read any time.If we broke down I would not know where to look am finding it hard just sat at the table.You are the AA and your not thinking of us old people

I am absolutely shocked and appalled by the treatment I received from AA Insurance. I called them to honestly update my details and let them know that I am now retired. Instead of simply updating my premium or policy, they cancelled my car insurance with immediate effect.Leaving a loyal customer completely uninsured on the spot—with zero notice period—is incredibly dangerous and completely unfair. Because of this administrative automated decision, I am now left unable to drive my vehicle and forced to deal with the severe stress of trying to find alternative insurance.What makes it worse is that an insurer-led cancellation leaves a permanent mark on a driver's record, making future insurance much more expensive, all because I chose to retire. I have launched a formal complaint and will be taking this straight to the Financial Ombudsman Service if it is not resolved immediately. Avoid this company if you expect fair treatment or any form of loyalty.

Once i got through it was quite easy the only annoying part was waiting about 20 mins to be answered
