Haven’t received sofa yet but was giving quote and went ahead invoice came through to late to change anything also once did realised all extras were not free but added on so was wrongly advised to up cost hopefully sofa is right when I receive it

The sofa purchased has a manufacturing fault. It does not meet the basic requirements for a sofa's function.
They have looked at some pictures, which of course cannot show how big the issue is and decided there is no issue without even sending someone to look and complete a proper assessment.
This is their idea of good customer service, and resolving faults in their manufacturing process.

Unfortunately a week prior to looking into ordering our sofa, you had discontinued the sofa we were after and after calling tour Bristol branch, Lowri Paige Casey was so helpful and just an actual super star. She called around your other stores and manged to find the sofa we were after (Unfortunately not in our colour way/material we were going for). Since then she has been truly amazing and super helpful in answering any and all of our questions as its a ex display sofa that we have purchased.

We have visted your Bristol store twice and everyone is so welcoming and lovely.
