Chris explained all we needed to know, professional but relaxed, listened to our requirements and guided us until we were satisfied, no pushing or pressure, we can’t wait for our new sofa to arrive, and a beautiful showroom too, thankyou.

Amy the sales assistant was fantastic. Helping us with queries and showing us suitable options for our needs. Amy was not “pushy” at all and was really knowledgable about products available. The sofa we have chosen is just beautiful and we cannot wait for it to be here!

They didn't put sofa in right place. They wasn't friendly people they was very rude. Had to move sofa in correct place once they were gone. Sofa isn't put together properly.

Kelly, the sales advisor at Mansfield was brilliant. Friendly, helpful and not pushy, we were there quite a while as couldn’t decide which colour to have and she didn’t rush us.

We walked in only to browse, Kelly, I think her name was asked if we were ok and if we needed anything, said no problem we're only browsing.

Saw a settee we liked and suddenly we weren't browsing anymore!
Kelly was nearby and was very helpful, knowledgeable and possibly the loveliest woman you could ever wish to meet! Anyway, we bought a settee that we never intended buying!

The Staff are so helpful and friendly in this shop, I went in for a sofa for my conservatory and they made me feel right at home they even offered me a hot drink. I got exactly what I wanted at a great price and the sofa is great quality. Would highly recommend

very good layout and selection greeted at the door by Conlan who demonstrated a recliner sofa then left us to browse,we asked for his assistance on delivery times and he spoke to the manager then we paid and left the shop happy again after 9 years ago

From start to finish excellent service lovely staff at Mansfield branch talk through want we wanted placing order and kept us informed throughout delivery was excellent was told night before our time slot with a detailed time slot on the morning of delivery the 2 men who delivered our new sofa was great knew what they was doing left us a great smile on our faces
