We had a fantastic experience in store and wanted to give a special mention to Craig, who was incredibly patient, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful throughout our visit.

We originally went in with a particular sofa in mind and simply needed to choose the fabric. However, after spending quite some time considering our options, we eventually decided that the sofa we'd originally chosen wasn't actually the right one for us. Craig couldn't have been more helpful and, after we explained what we were really looking for, he showed us something that turned out to be absolutely perfect.

We spent around three hours in the store in total, but at no point did we feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. Craig was happy to give us the time and space we needed, while also being there with helpful advice and guidance whenever we needed it.

We're really happy with the entire experience and genuinely appreciate the excellent customer service we received. We're now really looking forward to our sofa being delivered!

Outstanding relaxed service from the start, no pressure and the staff went out of their way to help. They even put up with my multiple visits before I finally decided what one to purchase. You could not ask for more. A lot friendlier service and support than there competitors across the road.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. and I was considering buying electric sofas and chairs for my lounge, boy, am I glad I didn't.
I bought chairs with footstalls for my kitchen diner. The chair in the showroom was great of course.I had them delivered, one chair and 2 footstalls are great and with the colour of our choice. Alas, 1 of the chairs was delivered crooked/ wonky. I telephoned the store and was told I'd have to fill in a form, get a third party to come out and inspect to REPAIR the chair that had never been used WHAT A JOKE.
anyway, I did as told. the company, Emmiera, gave me a date 1 month in the future. I booked time off work and they cancelled the day before they should have turned up.
I called Poltron/SCS and they refused to send somebody out and said I'd have to wait for another appointment with Emmiera. Emmiera contacted me and it's another month before they can come out.
DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY.

We have never bought a sofa from you beofre but the service, the ease and the choice made it very straightforward.
Martin from the Broadstairs branch was a very good consultant and spent time with us to make the process as seamless as possible.

When i walked through the door penny greated me ,I explained what I was looking for then penny talked me through all the options I could have . I had a good look around found what I was looking for. I went and found penny we measured things up for size I decided on 2 two seaters so then she sorted out all the paperwork and now they are ordered. Would recommend people to go there as the staff are helpful.

Can't comment on my purchase as awaiting delivery but looked perfect in the store.

Our sales assistant was called Penny at the Westwood Cross store.
I can't praise this woman enough for the help she gave us in choosing a sofa, I am hard work and she was so patient and calm with us, no question was to much or just another quick measurement was always done willing, after 3 trips which we spoke with Penny each time, we finally found our sofa and ordered it. If it wasnt for her help and patience we would of given up testing different sofa's as everything I wanted we couldnt fit in our home and it was getting a bit much to work out... until we found one that was just perfect from the off.
We will now await the 3 month wait for it to be made and delivered and hope that it is of the same quality of service that we received in store!

Very friendly and helpful staff, not pushy but there when you needed them. I would have given 5 stars but we had to go back to get our invoice as it was not emailed to me.

From the minute we walked into store was given a very warm welcome.Penny was very pleasant very easy to talk to.Her customer service was excellent and made spending a lot of money a pleasure.She was so knowledgeable could answer any questions and explained everything in Detail.Brilliant experience well done.Just have to wait now for my chairs and new sofa in October.
