Fantastic delivery today from Ross & Gavin. Excellent communication and polite and efficient delivery. They took away all the packaging and carried the items to my room of choice.

A very helpful sales assistant made constructive suggestions and moved furniture about to help us see what it would all look like. We came away happy having placed our order with delivery in 6 days!

The standout was Ian and Gareth delivering our item from Cotswold Company. It’s such a heavy item and they worked hard to make sure it was brought into the house carefully and situated exactly where we wanted it. All packaging was removed and taken away, as mentioned on the website upon purchase. They were excellent, personable and professional! Thank you!

Arrived on time and Wardrobe is as advertised! Looks great. Ordered from Cotswold before so knew it would be a quality item. Delivery lads were polite and courteous offering to take their shoes off etc. Took about an hour and called me to say they’d finished. Perfect job.

Staff in the shop were very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I placed an order the next day, over the phone with them, and they were again excellent.

Ryan and Chris did a really excellent job of delivering a heavy set of drawers totally undamaged to my address up some stone steps on an incredibly awkward street. They were both very friendly and personable and gifted us some fudge with their delivery. Couldn't recommend this service enough.

Charlie and Kyle arrived at the advised time and promptly put my furniture together. They were very pleasant/professional to deal with as well.

Ian and Colin order 6925806 were timely and efficient. They recommended only half of the product be unpacked to avoid confusion but actually that just meant we had 2 trips to the dump to get rid of the packaging. The product itself is excellent but is not tall enough for full length adult dresses.

Store staff were very helpful when ordering. Delivery was spot on and Bernard and Emmerson were excellent. Thank you for the packet of Fudge.....delicious.
