My experience was fantastic. Very helpful assistant who supported me to purchase my furniture by telephone rather than online (my preference), offered options for payment and arranged delivery date. Excellent customer care, would highly recommend the Company and Harrogate branch

Delivery today of a large order. Ryan and Chris were extremely polite and helpful . Took everything to a first floor room , unpacked and assembled with care. Great team.
Initial sales service and follow up from Abi in Harrogate store also excellent.

Staff in store were really helpful and polite, order process was good, one item was delayed but that was not a problem, the delivery team were really good, Bernard and Keenan, polite, professional and respectful to our home, a really good pair who are great ambassadors for the Cotswold Cpy.

We had a fantastic experience at The Cotswold Company in Harrogate, thanks in large part to Liam. He was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and a great salesman without being at all pushy.
Liam really took the time to understand what we were looking for, offered helpful advice and went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. His relaxed, professional approach made the whole experience enjoyable and completely stress-free.

The delivery drivers were first rate. They unpacked everything and took all the packaging away. They also assembled the top and bottom sections of the dresser, attached the wooden handles, and unpacked and readjusted the shelves for me. Absolutely first class. I absolutely love the dresser. The soft colour of the wood and the Classic Cream colour compliment each other so well. Delighted with my purchase and with the service both in the shop when ordering and with the delivery.

The staff in the Harpenden store were friendly and helpful without being overbearing, both when we visited the store and when it came to placing the order over the phone a few days later.

Our 2 delivery guys were great!
Bernard and Emerson arrived on time and were very professional and friendly. They removed all the packaging before bringing it into our lounge and they placed it where we asked them to.
They explained how to fit the handles and shelves and informed us about the 28 day period to report any issues.
The gift of the bag of fudge was a lovely gesture. All in all a quality experience. Order number 6729361

Visited the Harrogate store on a couple of occasions . The staff very accommodating and helpful. Chris initially helped and then Hannah . We rang and made a purchase from Hannah , a very simple straightforward transaction.
