Great customer service.
Polite, friendly and personable staff with a great quality product, make for a winning combination.

The staff were very helpful and kind.

However, I was very disappointed that there was no sample of sofa bed in store and I had to buy it only based on the online description.

I had a lovely day at the Knutsford store. Beautiful showroom and I was helped by Sarah who was super she helped me with my order, very pleasant lady. My furniture has arrived , delivered by Bernard & Kanwarpal two delightful young men who assembled everything, very polite and soo helpful. Can’t praise the service enough. Would highly recommend.

Our experience at your Knutsford store was exemplary from start to finish.
From initial email enquiry about in-store stock, which was replied to speedily to our in-store experience with Brian.
Brian was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. He knew when to discreetly step away to leave us to think about our purchase, but let us know where to find him if we needed anything.
Brian gave us the confidence in The Cotswold Co to go ahead with our purchase.

Lovely to see the furniture, rather than just on line as it helps with deciding what will look right in the home setting. The gentleman who attended to placing our order was extremely helpful and friendly and made the experience easier for us.

Sylvia and her colleagues offered me the highest level of customer care and service, going above and beyond to ensure I had as much information as possible before I made my decision. The store didn't have the item in their showroom, so sylvia contacted a colleague on her day off for additional
advice as she'd recently bought one herself.
The delivery guys Jermaine and Mus were fantastic: 5*service - prompt delivery time (3days from placing my order) and the guys were punctual,professional and exceptinally helpful, ensuring I was completely happy with my purchase, before taking away all the boxes and rubbish etc.
A great experience and the furniture is excellent quality and looks amazing my new kitchen. I am very pleased with my purchase and I would highly recommend. Thank you to you all!

Lovely selection of products for the home. The staff were very helpful but not intrusive. Ordered some prints which were delivered promptly and in excellent condition.

The store had a good stock of goods and we had a choice of items.
Two sofa table and a bed we chose.
Delivery is surprisingly quick.
Very helpful staff.

We bought a dining table and it was exactly what we wanted. We were kept updated on delivery times.
Bernard / Joe built the product for us. They were respectful and extremely careful and tidy. They were really friendly and had everything built and packaging removed in 15 mins. They explained how everything worked and even put it in its final position. Couldn't ask for more!

Anthony and Dan (delivery team)arrived on time, built and tidied all the packaging (took it with them) well worth paying for Cotswold to build it if you can afford it.
Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again.
Only concern is they gave us a 06:30-09:30 delivery. 😂
