I was kept informed of the delivery date and time and almost to the minute the van arrived. Ryan and Chris were very helpful, polite and put everything in its place and removed all packaging. The really good thing about my order was it all arrived together in one delivery and a big plus not having to wait for different delivery days

Looked up options for a chest of drawers on-line and then visited show room to check colour and quality. Very helpful assistant who identified other options but stuck with original choice. Pricing and deliver explained carefully.

Overall very good service from Cotswold very pleased with new bedroom furniture and the whole sales and delivery process. I only dropped a star as one item incurred some very small damage during the delivery, this was reported back to Cotswold and they arranged for a technician who completed a cosmetic repair couple of weeks later. Excellent repair completed. So to me Cotswold handled the situation speedily and professionally and I would certainly buy from them again.

The lady that took our order was very helpful and worked out the best way for our order to be processed considering one item was out of stock and so would have a long lead time, we are looking forward to the majority of the order being delivered soon with the last item to follow rather than having to wait for everything to be in stock before anything was delivered.

Delivery was excellent especially as Bernard and Keenan had to climb 3 flights of stairs.
