Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Called in on the off chance to look! for…

Called in on the off chance to look for new perfume. Elly was our advisor and she was brilliant! Very friendly and her knowledge excellent. I went for Versace Eros as a change from my Chanel Chance. My partner ended up buying Dylan Blue, so everyone happy, thanks Elly

We came here for birthday presents

We came here, to buy birthday and Christmas presents,
We was served by magda, very polite,young Lady,
She was very informative when asking her lots of questions,
She wrapped the gifts up for us, very beautifully wrapped,
What a lovely shopping experience, by a lovely assistant, definitely come again.

Didn’t receive order

Didn’t receive order, Enquired to where it was , I was then sent incorrect tracking details .(as the link with confirmation didn’t work ) when perfume shop did eventually track my item was on its way back to warehouse!

The perfume was for a gift, this left me no time to order online again , so I needed to find a store to complete my purchase

When I asked for a discount, (to use in store) for my efforts on tracking my order & now added inconvenience of now travelling 40miles round trip to Westfield to purchase in store , i was told just to see what offers were available when I get there :-(

So overall no a great experience
