Visited Reading unit this Saturday and was immediately greeted by Ramona. She has given me great advice and showed lovely selection. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about the product, took her time to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Will definitely come back and would highly recommend to visit Reading store 😀

Amy was really helpful and knew her stuff. I’m a traveller with expensive taste so I can be quite picky with perfumes, but she was patient and gave me some good recommendations. Really good service and a nice chat — I left with something that smells a lot more expensive than I probably look. Would recommend this place

I was in the perfume shop today, it was clear the store was busy however all the members of staff seemed to be on the ball with things. Especially Lauren, she was extremely polite and offered me gift wrap which was done to perfection! Shout out to her 🥰
