all the staff were amazing, they new what they were talking about, they were helpful. We were served by a wonderful black lady (sorry didnt get her name) they continued to walk around blue water before we decided, she didnt apply any pressure just her knowledge and skill. she was not there when we went back so we were served by BARBARA she was fantastic. really good offers on and support to make the best choices

I went to the bluewater store today and was served by siobhan (Dj Ladybug) . She is an amazing member of staff and she was very polite and helpful, she was like a ray of sunshine to my day and there was another young lady helping her I didn’t catch her name. I definitely will be returning to the bluewater store.

Went to Bluewater to get some perfume this week and Barbara was so helpful spent a lot of time letting me smell all the new perfumes I was interested in very greatful for all her help she was extra helpful as I have a disability in a wheelchair she was extra Helpful with the perfumes up high and behind the counter

Best experience with BARBARA!! I went to the store to purchase some gifts for my husbands birthday. I work in retail myself and it was such a pleasure to be helped by Barbara. She was friendly, polite and extremely helpful. She was extremely knowledgeable about the aftershaves and her attitude for me was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for her and it was very clear she is not only good at her job but enjoys it and helping customers which I find to be rare. She is an asset to the store and the company. I will definitely use this store again and hope to see Barbara for more outstanding service.

I had the most amazing shopping experience at The Perfume Shop in Bluewater. I wanted to return a perfume that I had bought for my wife for her birthday, and the customer service I received was beyond excellent.
The ladies were very professional and knowledgeable about the products they were selling. I would especially like to mention Elizabeth and Siobhan for their outstanding service and assistance.

We visited the Bluewater store to buy birthday gifts. We were assisted by Barbara who was very helpful and made some excellent suggestions. The prices were also very competitive. Barbara then told us about the gift wrapping service which included a personalised printed ribbon. She expertly wrapped both our gifts and made them look amazing.
