The communication between yourself and…
The communication between yourself and the garage is not excellent, because of this I was just waiting the whole time frame I was given for my car to be picked up. I had to ring the garage directly to find out that the pickup wasn't going to happen and I would have to drop my car off to the garage myself. Which caused me alot of distress.

Easy to book online and confirmation…
Easy to book online and confirmation email received straightaway. Follow up communication outlining what would happen on the day was well received. Engineer text and phoned on the day with estimated arrival time and engineer provided a good update once the work had been completed.

Atrocious price for an atrocious service.
£99 to connect a machine up to give diagnostics. Result given was the car’s software needed updating. No other help provided for the fault. Volkswagen garage said this was untrue, the software did not need updating.
Garage promised to send the full report, I chased this for 2 days before it was finally sent.

Efficient Service
The car was picked up and delivered with MOT and Full Major Service completed within the day. It required the brake fluid to be renewed. Otherwise everything else was OK

Fantastic mechanic!
Fantastic service mechanic! Greg was polite, professional, friendly and an absolute joy to have work on our car. He was tidy, quick, knowledgeable and obviously loves his job. We wouldn't hesitate to have him back to do any more work in the future.

Damaged my vehicle
the employee who took my keys to reverse my motorhome into the garage, and whilst being guided by another employee, or the employer, scraped the canopy housing along their shutters frame, whereby i had to get him out and get it into the garage myself, without so much as an apology, and now i have a devalued component arrached to my motorhome.

As a new customer to the AA Smart Care service, I found booking my vehicle in for its annaul MOT and Service easy and very convenient as the garage is local. The customer service team were friendly and processed the payment quickly.
I expected a good service and got a good service from an AA approved garage.
The price for the MOT and Service was good for a CORSA at under £235.00
