All good . Great service

So pleased to discover AA can do more than assist you when you breakdown. I needed my brake discs and pads changed and I turned to AA. They came to the house and completed the job in 2 hours, brilliant.

Our car was booked in for a service on 11/8/2026. Booking process was very smooth but that's as good as it got. Now its three days later and we've still not heard from AA Smart care re our car being ready for collection, or any additional work required. Obviously, I picked the car up on the 11th and was advised by the garage that they had contacted AA twice for them to inform me of work required. What a let down and a reason to never use this service again. Rubbish is an understatement.

When booking, I was under the impression that after the full service, I would receive recommendations from the mechanic about what needs to be fixed. My booking confirmation email also states that I should receive this feedback after the service.However, when I collected my car keys on Friday, the machanic only returned my keys and said everything was okay. I had not received any communication from either AA or Eco Tyre Motors till i reached out.I was expecting an email outlining any issues found and the associated repair costs. I am already aware that my vehicle has an oil leak, low suspension/shock absorbers, and brake issues. I booked a full service expecting these, and any other underlying issues, to be identified so we could arrange repairs.

Absolutely awful service. Paid a lot for them to not call to confirm arrival time. Rang to chase them at midday as booked guaranteed before midday for them to say they're not coming until 5pm then acted annoyed at me when I insisted they come a different day. Absolutely awful. The guy who came was abrupt and rude too.

Where too start? Reminded day before mot appt, told on day of appointment that you’d cancelled because you you couldn’t take payment and re-arranged for 2 days later. You had my card details and fortunately the garage agreed to perform mot. I was then notified I’d paid for 2 mots - with different prices???
Then I had a message say”extra work was required “ which was not true! After I complained I understand I was reimbursed.
Certainly will not recommend this system.

Engineeer was polite, checkee his work and gave advise. He gets 5 stars. The only reason for 4 stars is asked the AA in my notes to fit wipers but it wasnt on the engineers notes to fit

So convenient to have the service done at home. Staff went beyond and fixed another issue. Will use again.

First time using service and I can’t fault the service I have been given. I had a new started motor fitted.

Got my m.o.t at a discount with the service . Done in 4 hours - would be all day if I'd had chose to have it done at main dealership.
All work and checks were documented and parts and labour garenteed by the AA

Good friendly professional service from the Mechanic who attended to fit New rear Brakes.

Prompt arrival, excellent communication from office pre - appointment. Mechanic/ engineer extremely helpful cheerful and informative and the process was quick and efficient, he went above and beyond answering my questions and left only when he felt I was reassured thank you AA!
