Great communication in the lead up to and day of service. Quality of work on the day was efficient, and mechanic kept a tidy area free of obstruction to other residents. Mechanic was also professional and polite. Having a mobile service meant I could just get on with my day at home with my school aged child rather than the hassle of getting to and from a garage with a child in tow, joy of school holidays! Highly recommend this service for busy, working parents!

Torquil Knox arrived at the agreed time and completed the work on time even though it was during a torrential downpour, he was courteous and efficient.

Your mechanics did great.
The booking behind this was rubbish.
I was caught with no phone when my car decided that the battery was dead and shut down.
Luckily i was next to a nice person who contacted you for me, there was 1 question that he could not answer for me as i had no phone. and you wanted a phone number. Waited a couple of hours, no RAC man, got another to call the RAC he gave the office his phone number , i eventually got somebody to phone my son. He called the office and found out that because of no phone number the call for help had been cancelled, so that must have been 4 hours by then in the heat, not to good for a 84 year old man with a few ailments, a while later some body turned up, and boosted the battery, the following morning another RAC man turned up, checked the battery, dead flat and replaced it.
When i found i had forgot my phone i was nearly to where i was going so i didnt go back to get it.
Your list of questions needs changing because if you havent got a phone you are not going to get a call back, and you will be cancelled. Not every body carries a phone so does that mean that if you dont carry one the RAC recovery does not work. I was grateful that a couple of nice people let me use there phones, which because of your question list appeared useless, over 5 hours in the hot sun waiting, with a car that you cant shut the windows and leave it is not fun.
Please change the return phone number line as not everybody has one, or has forgot it like i did.

Justin, my RAC mechanic was reliable, friendly, good communicator, on time, very professional and knowledgeable.
He was extremely thorough completing the full service and explained what needed keeping an eye on or to be done in the future.

The mechanic engaged with me in a professional and friendly manner. The service was my car’s first and therefore quite simple. I was charged appropriately. I was advised of the arrival time within the time band allocated. A pleasant experience. It saved me having to go into town.
