Excellent, experienced, professional mechanic
The mechanic that came to do our service today was helpful, informative and friendly. We left him to it and each time we checked in with him he explained what he was doing and why. He said that he loved working for the RAC and that they were a great company to work for.

No problems
No problems, car serviced and brake pads fitted whilst we sat having a coffee. First time we have had the car serviced at home it will not be the last. The mechanic Scott talked us through work carried out and explained everything.

Mobile mechanic arrived on time
Mobile mechanic arrived on time. He worked the whole time to fix the problem . New EGR valve installed. Kyle (mobile mechanic id 5477) was polite, knowledgable and tidy. The job took longer than the time allocated. Maybe the company could re-visit the timescales and increase times for jobs. Would recommend and will use again if required. Many thanks to Kyle

It was a little slow and long winded…
It was a little slow and long winded getting through on the phone, but all went really smoothly after this. Continued updates on my phone on arrival time. Pleasant phone call from mechanic on ETA. All went really well. New battery was fitted two days later again plenty of updates of arrival time and was exactly on time. To

Incompetent , leave your car unsafe
Had a mobile mechanic fit new brake pads and discs , ever since my brakes dont work properly and screech like a train , i sent a complaint 5 weeks ago , still no update , ive even called them several times explaining how ive got an unsafe car and am fincially loosing money as i cant use to car to get to work(i have children to provide for) and all i get in response is you need to wait 8 WEEKS for an update , this is unexceptable , i dont reccommened anyone use this sercice through RAC , incompetent isnt even the word

Extremely polite and knowledgeable…
