Ross came out this morning (wasn’t due till midday) but as we had requested someone to come out yesterday, he came straight to us. Very polite young man. Cracked on to get the new battery sorted in my electric car. He was done very sharply. He was amazing, explained things and if I had any problems I was to contact the number on the car. I wish all people has his warm chatty smiley .

Very pleasant mobile mechanic. Messaged on day of visit and arrived on time. Changed rear brake discs and pads plus new brake fluid. Tested car and left the driveway tidy.

Had brakes done but the sound is still there and it's even worse than before having a constant squeeling sound for over 40 miles and being told the brakes need bedding in for 500 miles

He arrived as promised and was very polite and completed the front brake and disc replacements in less than 2 hours despite having to source a second disc set as the originals were the wrong size.
Will certainly use RAC mobile in future
