Absolutely great service
Absolutely great service, I am terrible with names and I forgot the guys name but his badge number is 8043 (sorry again for forgetting his name) but he was genuine respectful and appreciated how well kept the car is, which is always a bonus, you can tell he has a real passion for the car's as well as the job.
The work carried out was a major service so I had everything checked and part's replaced which was done on the driveway so no waiting around or having to leave the car at a garage.
The booking process was easy and straightforward with no issues.
Overall very happy I went with the RAC and will be a returning customer in the future.

Simple process for car battery change at home
Easy to report dead battery through online system. Unfortunately they did not have the battery I needed in the van when they came to test it but booked a mobile mechanic appointment to have it fitted at a time that suited me. Conor the mechanic was very friendly and efficient.
