The engineer that came out to repair my brakes today was the most friendly gentleman I have ever dealt with most are good but this one understood I couldn't walk due to broken leg and he did everything even brought my car keys into my back door for me absolutely fabulous

Just had a home service by the RAC, chap turned up on time polite and friendly. He did the service and absolutely went through everything he checked the whole car thoroughly and gave a report on things found thankfully the only issue was brake discs and pads worn which is booked to be done tomorrow by the RAC at a cheaper price than any quote I could find online for a garage so would highly recommend using RAC home mechanics

Very easy to book online for a battery replacement at my place of work , Ross the mechanic phoned ahead to say roughly what time he would arrive , gave him the car keys , and before you know it new battery fitted , after checking the old battery was passed it’s sell by date .

Firstly, I'd like to give a bit "thank you" to RAC Patrol Dion (in Devon) who attended on 16 Aug, diagnosed my faulty thermostat, and booked my repair with RAC Mobile Mechanics on 21 Aug; also, ensured my car was drivable to get me home; a superb, speedy and successful rescue. It was good to track his progress on the app and know he was on his way.
So Rhys from RAC Mobile Mechanics attended my home (in Wales) on 21 Aug exactly as promised and professionally set about replacing my thermostat and testing my car to make sure it was now working properly.
I'd heard RAC Patrols and Mechanics are good but this is the first time I've needed to call for rescue since joining and I can't praise Dion and Rhys highly enough.
Also a thank you to Louise whom I was instructed to phone whilst awaiting rescue, it was very reassuring to speak to her. Communication throughout by text, e-mail, and phone was excellent, with both Dion & Rhys calling me to advise me of their ETAs.

Daniel 8833 attended and carried out a complete diagnostic check on my van he was amazing explained everything in detail and sorted out any issues great service thank you

Firstly, Jamie arrived and succeeded to release my valet key from my not so smart key fob that was captured in the das dock port - thus enabling access to my locked boot to perform a jump start to my flat battery. He recommended that I then take it for a long drive to fully recharge it - this was not possible for me, so he arranged a new battery replacement for the very next day.... Connor contacted me that night to confirm & then called to say he was on his way... arrived on time and very quickly swapped out the battery. A big THANKS to both mechanics for their assistance and patience, very much appreciated - they both made an old man and his old car very happy!
