He arrived as promised and was very polite and completed the front brake and disc replacements in less than 2 hours despite having to source a second disc set as the originals were the wrong size.

I booked an interim service ‘at home’, what a slick process! Website easy to navigate, the communication with RAC was brilliant too. Adam, the mechanic kept in touch on the day, arrived on time and was polite, professional and knowledgeable. All in all brilliant service.

I couldn't have asked for any better service. The RAC mechanic came out for a diagnostic visit, and he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was incredibly efficient, clearly knew his stuff, and did a thorough check of the car. Nothing major was found other than a minor thing, and he kept me fully informed the entire time, which completely reassured me. On top of his excellent expertise, Jamey was happy, friendly, and polite. I am highly impressed with the service and thoroughly recommend Jamey!

They took time to fix my car. Ordered a part for next day, unfortunately it didn't fix the car. I was able to get it moved to a garage

The RAC mobile mechanic worked hard to gain access to the part that needed replacing, which was very difficult due to bolts being seized and sheared off. Despite this he got the car running in no time and carried out extensive checks before he was happy to sign the job off. Very professional and friendly, and l cannot fault the service at all.
The booking service however, was a bit disappointing as we had to wait a week to get to the point of repair, but the excellent work carried out by the mobile RAC mechanic more than made up for it.

Came to fix the scheduled repair. Paid for the repair, only upon driving out of the car park to have the same issues. Drove it home and discovered smoke coming from the engine area and the same warning light. Phone your office, they said the mechanic would re-attend today and would email me with the ETA. Nothing! I then phoned the breakdown service who can also not help me and a broken down car! Poor service all round. Certainly would not recommend.

Excellent service. Mechanic kept me updated with Cost, timing and updates. Arrived in a timely manner and completed the repair to a high standard in a really good time. Very convenient to have this done at home and not have to get the vehicle to a garage. Highly recommended.

Booking was easy online and I was kept updated with the mechanics ETA. Josh was friendly and professional. He worked with efficiency and my car feels great now following a full service. No upselling, really good honest service with clear future recommendations. All completed in the convenience of my drive. Will definitely use the RAC again and highly recommend.

booked yesterday to have a new alternator fitted having never used the RAC mobile mechanic service before, all I can say is absolutely a* service and I wouldn’t think of going else we’re in the future! Jay the mechanic communicated to when he would be arriving, completed the job to a high standard and went above and beyond. If the rest of the team are anything like jay then you must have some fantastic workers! Would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family!
