Five stars aren't enough! Buying my Rocky Mountain Slayer from this shop was an absolute pleasure. The team was knowledgeable, responsive, professional and genuinely helpful throughout. They answered every question quickly and kept me updated all the way. They also seemed to understand that waiting for a new Slayer is a recognised medical condition—it temporarily transforms responsible adults into overexcited kids who refresh their emails and stare out of the window every time a delivery van drives past! 😄 Outstanding service and a shop I would recommend without hesitation.

Amazing customer service. When first ordered was going to be a few days, ended up arriving within 24hrs. I messed up the setup a little bit it seems but after calling and talking to Ben he managed to explain to me how i had messed up without making me feel like a complete idiot, and then received a message from Liam explaining they were going to send a replacement part to solve my issue even though they really had no obligation to do so. Couldnt reccomend enough. Very happy with both the purchase and the service
