Great choice of cars at very competitive prices. Cars are presented in immaculate condition and staff are really good at explaining options. we purchased a car and we were guided through the transaction details very well. We are an older couple but Jake was extremely nice and helpful with the process and payment. Excellent company.
Bought a car 4 months ago. Not done many miles. Paid over £20,000 with 3 years warranty. I always wait a little before reviewing. And this why... 4 new tyres after 4 months when you pay that much money is mental!!!
Not sure who they have completing the MOT and service in there. A garage who pride themselves as much as these guys so surely shouldn't be this awful?
Please pay an extra 2k and buy from an actual audi, cupra or BMW garage etc. They are just roll in roll out and only care for quick sales.
Also 1 other thing to mention. About a week after you buy your car they absolutely hound you to review them. Clearly they're trying to get you to give them a good review while you're happy with your new car before it has several problems in 3 months
Recently bought a car from Motorpoint and Kareem was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, he made the whole process completely stress-free, straightforward, and enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend both Motorpoint and Kareem for a brilliant buying experience!

Muhi, the guy that took me for a test drive and sold me me car was absolutely amazing. I cannot fault him at all.
Fast service everything was easy.
Had confidence in selling my old car and buying my new one.
The downside was when I was coming back with my V5C for the car I sold the admin girls were very rude refusing to help with my private place which I sold on my old car.
All the previous times I have dealt with motor point the garage has been able to provide me with new plates.
I didn't let this spoil my experience and I will be happy to return to motor point again, hopefully next time it will be longer than 10 months .

Overall a good experience
Everything from reserving to collection went smoothly and efficiently
The process of purchasing a car from MotorPoint is seamless, from reviewing potential cars on line, with plenty of information provided to assist with determining your car choice, booking your car for its test drive, trade in of your old car and purchase of your new car is pretty painless, this is my 4th purchased from MotorPoint now, it’s just makes purchasing a car hassle free, would highly recommend.

Superb service yet again from Motorpoint. My place to go for good value, low mileage vehicles. Staff were as excellent as always. I would highly recommend.
Was sold a damaged car. Avoid Motorpoint Oldbury like the plague.
I bought a car for my daughter for £11,840.
Within the first week of having the car it had to go back. The car was pulling to one side, some of the front bumper was lose and needed new clips.
They told us to take it to their tyre place to get tracking checked. They tyre place said the two front tyres was bald on the inside and both need replacing and thetracking needs doing. That was done and sorted the pulling out. The week after the expansion tank was leaking so the car went back for them to check. They said it needed topping up. So they fill it up and a couple of days after my daughter checked the car and it was leaking again.
She contacted Motorpoint and they said get in touch with Spectrum their warranty people. Spectrum told my daughter to take it to one of their garages to get it fix. The garage fixed the tracking needs doing. The week after the expansion tank was leaking so the car went back for them to check. They said it needed topping up. So they fill it up and a couple The garage fixed the problem. The garage fixed the problem. A few weeks after that the car kept smelling of petrol. It was taken to a garage they done diagnostic and changed spark plugs. A few days later it kept smelling of petrol. So she to it to the Spectrum garage. The done a diagnostic on the car and it showed a problem with the injector's. The car is now out of warranty so we are having to pay for these things to be done. The garage changed the number 2 injector and the car seems to run fine for the week.
After that engine management light come on and a few other lights lit up. The car was taken back to spectrum garage. They done another diagnostic check and it said injector 1 was not working. When the garage tried to remove this injector 1 they found it really hard and found it was glued in. The garage in their opinion that the car was sold to us like this. The cost to repair was £3390.
I went to Motorpoint Oldbury with all the evidence. Said I want them to pay for the repair or a full refund. To cut a long sorry short. They refused everything. They was no help and they said the Spectrum garage had caused the problem. Motorpoint Oldbury are a bad bad business. The hand over form that my daughter should have signed to say she was happy with the car and inspected the car. They was signed by their sales person. My daughter didn't sign and the car was not inspected. Please avoid. You have been warned. 😠😠😠
Very efficient service from Ibby, we would definitely recommend and buy from you again.
