Excellent service and advice

I was undecided on whether to buy a manual or automatic, Geoff at the Stockton branch arranged for us to test drive both, went for a manual in the end. Car was prepped to a good standard and was available to drive away the same day if we wanted. The price was competitive. Pick up was quick and easy. The only minor issue is that I was unable to access motor points online portal so was unable to get my final invoice, I emailed Geoff for a paper copy but have not received one.

Sales person was really helpful

Jack was excellent and helped me choose my car which is amazing. He was understanding, amazingly helpful and just got me. What a start and a great ambassador for your company. I would, and have recommended Motorpoint to my family.

It was my first time at Motorpoint, disillusioned with other vendors I made the choice to venture further afield. I wasn’t disappointed Vinnie, Seth and Reid were exceptional! Not pushy but knowledgeable and welcoming willing to provide advice where needed, the cars pretty much sell themselves!
I really wanted to leave a 5 star review however, I’m having a problem with the manufacturer as the car was still registered to the previous owner. A minor detail and something I didn’t feel I needed to contact Motorpoint over but a hassle I didn’t expect or need thus a 4 star review.
Overall, exceptional staff, brilliant service and a price I was happy to pay :-)

Absolutely fantastic! The whole process was so easy and simple. Found a car I loved, did the paperwork and the car was mine, all in a matter of a few hours. Everyone was very helpful. Fully recommend Motorpoint Derby.

A simple and easy transaction. Very little detail discussed and cosmetic & wheel insurance added without my knowlege.

Gave fair price for old car and new model I wanted was priced lowest at Motorpoint. No hassle process and looked after well from start to finish. I visited Motorpoint Widnes on recommendation from family member and would also recommend anyone wanting a new car to pay them a visit.

We were so lucky to have Danielle (at the Glasgow dealership) look after us on the 29th June 2026, she was brilliant in so many ways, easy to talk to, listened to what we were looking for, no pressure at all when viewing vehicle options and so very supportive when she came with me on the test drive. Danielle has a calm, knowledgeable attitude that made us feel relaxed and that is a special quality when making a considered purchase. Definitely a keeper for Motorpoint and an asset to the business.

We purchased a Ford echo sport.

I was not sure what I was requiring, I spoke with Wayne, who offered advice and support around my budget etc.

The biggest part of this was he didn’t push or force any sale of the vehicle, everything was done at my pace.

Once I identified the car I collected it the following day, the couple of little things on the paint work were addressed and the sale was complete.

Wayne is a credit to your business and the way he sold us the car the finance and the added cover was great all within on my budget.

I can not fault this service at all.

My daughter purchased a car previously from you and the experiance again was top notch.
