Gabi was our sales assistant, and she was incredibly helpful and friendly. She was able to provide multiple options for different pieces of furniture that we were looking for. We gave her brief descriptions and she knew exactly what wanted and where it was. She was very competent in describing protection cover, care instructions, delivery options, etc. I came in looking for a recliner and ended up purchasing a sofa and a console as well as the recliner. When purchasing items in the future, I will definitely look for Gabi as I felt in good hands with her.

Outstanding Customer Service from David O'Halloran
After a terrible experience at another Harvey Norman store, we decided to give the company another chance, this time at the Little Island store.
David O'Halloran was there to assist us, and the experience couldn't have been more different. He took the time to understand exactly what we needed, asked thoughtful questions, reviewed our list of appliances, and walked us through all the available options based on our requirements. It was a masterclass in customer service, and by the end, I felt confident that I was making a well-informed decision.
David was professional, approachable, impartial, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right products rather than simply making a sale. He completely changed our perception of Harvey Norman. This level of service is something every store should strive to replicate.

Very professional service
On the day of the delivery, Paul and Dylan contacted me early in the morning to give me an estimate of the delivery time and then followed up with a call 10/15 minutes before they were due to arrive. They set up the furniture, talked me through the operation and removed all the packaging. A very professional service from start to finish!

Ordered a phone online and paid for it and they would not supply it.
Ordered a phone online and paid for it. Then recieved an email to say they were out of stock and they offered a refund. However I was not sure if the email was genuine. So have waisted well over an hour on the phone to them and emailing them and no product. Very poor service. Last thing, I will never order from Harvey Norman. Other providers are not like this.

A most helpful young man ,made you feel confident about the product.
When he came to check stock there was several available but to his disappointment not in the store .
