Quick and professional Stephen is the best

I needed photos printed to make a memory book . I knew what I wanted. But I am an oap and not good with the new technology instore. Hollie was so polite and helped me through the process. She was patient and did with a smile. Please we need more staff l8ke Hollie.

Have been in and out of Naas store recently getting photos developed, served by Hollie who was very helpful.

I got fantastic customer service from Bhishmd this evening and I was able to communicate easily with this gentleman.
He was very helpful and easy to understand.
So I don’t usually give my opinion or my personal information.

In the past we've had issues with the delivery team BUT on this occasion we had bought a Sage Barista Touch almost 6 months ago. My wife went to make a coffee and got a shock from the machine. As per consumer rights you are immediately entitled to a replacement or refund, no sending it off to fix as it's deemed to have been faulty from word go. My wife works close by the store we bought it in (Naas) so she went in and got a hold of the manager on duty . She explained the issue and was given a replacement without any hassle. She was a bit disappointed as she had fully researched it and was ready for a fight 😂😂😂.

Ben was at hand to assist me with the kiosk navigating as i would not be the best at computers. He was very helpful in ensuring my order met my needs for photo sizes and quality. The waiting time for print was very efficent. Thanks for your patience and being so polite, it made my day. I will definately be returning in the future.

We bought several electrical items in Harvey Norman , Naas recently. A young man called Gregg helped us. To say he was the most helpful, courteous assistant!. He answered every question we had, nothing was too much trouble for him. A credit to himself and Harvey Norman. Well done and thank you!.

I would like to share some feedback about JAMES from the Electrical department in Harvey Norman Naas.

I recently needed help with an issue involving a faulty product, and James was exceptional from start to finish. He took ownership of the situation, understood exactly what needed to be done and found a solution for me quickly and professionally.

What impressed me most was not only his knowledge, but his attitude towards the customer. He listened, communicated clearly and made me feel that resolving my problem genuinely mattered to him. At no point did I feel rushed or passed from one person to another — James simply took responsibility and got things sorted.

From a customer's perspective, employees like James make a significant difference to how you view a company. Good customer service is easy when everything goes smoothly; it is when something goes wrong that you remember how a business treats you. Because of the way James handled my situation, I left with a very positive impression of Harvey Norman and would feel confident returning to the Naas store in the future.

James struck me as someone with excellent potential in customer service and sales — professional, personable, solution-focused and naturally good with people. These qualities are difficult to teach and extremely valuable in retail.

I specifically wanted Harvey Norman management to know what an asset James is to the Naas team. I sincerely hope his work and the positive impact he has on customers are recognised and valued.

I wanted to get a mug printed with 2 photos on it. Ben showed me how to connect to the kiosk and then arranged the photos for me to maximise the space. I was delighted with the result. Thanks Ben!

David and Thato delivered our dining set from Harvey Norman today and you couldn't get nicer lads. They were very quick and efficient and put everything together nicely and even cleared away all the rubbish back out to the truck. Very good service from the 2 lads and greatly appreciated.
