RIP OFF CO! I ordered 2 pair of straight legged…

I ordered 2 pair of straight legged men's pants that were not the material described or displayed. I was charged $8.95 for delivery and $7.95 for the return. I was also charged 8.25% sales tax on the purchase but was NOT returned with my refund. I will notify the State of Texas of the collected sales tax that was illegally collected by Wrangler. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE!

I've bought Wrangler jeans throughout…

I've bought Wrangler jeans throughout my life and recently purchased a pair in a shop stocking them.
Perfect fit. £85
Having found the Wrangler online shop and tempted by the 30% off for mother's day, I ordered the exact same jeans in the exact same size.
However, on arrival, disappointingly they were too small !?

Order Date: 13/03/2026
Obviously I'm returning them and paying £3 for the initial delivery
charge which I feel a little irked about.
Given 5 stars because they are great jeans and look fabulous on.

When the Wrangler name was sold off to…

When the Wrangler name was sold off to this investment group, their quality took a dive.
Cheap materials, poor fit and often defectively dyed materials.
The poorest customer service in the business. The people answering the phones have no clue about the product so any phone questions you ask will always leave you disappointed.
Quality = 3 out of 10
Fit= 3 out of 10
Customer Service =4 out of 10.
Ability to face problems like a professional company=1

Excellent Aftersales Service.

I ordered two items, a shirt and a jacket. Shirt fitted well but the jacket, a little tight, so decided to return. I struggled a bit finding the same jacket so rang Wrangler UK in Nottingham and spoke to Izabella. She expedited my return process so I didn't have to download the returns label, she searched for the same jacket one size larger but it was out of stock. Izabella then found me something very similar, included it in an email along with a discount code as it was a little bit more expensive, AND she found the exact item on Amazon for me in case I wasn't pleased with her recommendation. Talk about great service. Wow.

Wrangler quality has disappeared

Pleasantly Surprised

Further to a previous review i wrote a few days ago ( and have now deleted
) in which i expressed that i was worried after reading the reviews on Trustpilot, i can now report that i was worrying unnecessarily. My order arrived safely yesterday and the jeans i ordered Texas non stretch stonewashed, from what i can see are of good quality and are a perfect fit. A lesson learned by me not to be too quick to judge based on what others write, wait to see for myself.

Steer well clear

Ordered some jeans on Sunday, paid £4.95 delivery and by the end of Monday, not despatched. As a comparison, ordered some running shoes from Sportshoes.com this afternoon and they've already been despatched. Online orders used to be free delivery, now they've got us trapped, we have to pay for an unacceptable service. Now a day further on and still no delivery update. Based on other reviews that I have only just looked at, I personally would stay away from this site. I will give it another day and then TRY to get a refund. Others have tried and failed.

JeansGreat, cargo pants just for show

Jeans, excellent quality, but mens cargo pants, absolutely the worst designed possible. They fit great, but cargo pockets, whatever style are useless to keep anything but a cloth or something soft. Harder things irritate the knee causing extreme discomfort. Cargo Pockets should be higher than they are on this brand of pant.

Warranty is crap

Purchased several pairs of pants in Nov 2025. By Dec 6, one pair had the fastener detached. I contacted Wrangler for warranty. I had to ship the pants back (rather than upload a photo) before they did anything. They then told me 4-6 weeks AFTER they received the return before they ship a replacement. Got a call from Fedex trying to deliver in Jan. No tracking number from Wrangler and package has never shown up. Called Wrangler this morning for tracking number and was told Fedex will try to deliver 3 times and then return to them. Company has gone to crap, uses crap delivery system, makes it the customer's problem, and apparently just attempts to make honoring their warranty such a pain that you give up.

Disagree with return processing fee

I ordered 4 items, None of them fit correctly and I paid a $7.99 process fee to return. While it was written and I didn’t read before hand, I really didn’t think a big brand like wrangler would need to charge a return process fee.
I don’t need to spend the extra money on this brand to have to pay to return items. Plenty of other brands will suffice for me. Also, the quality of your clothing is garbage. Nothing is made to last.
