Excellent Aftersales Service.

I ordered two items, a shirt and a jacket. Shirt fitted well but the jacket, a little tight, so decided to return. I struggled a bit finding the same jacket so rang Wrangler UK in Nottingham and spoke to Izabella. She expedited my return process so I didn't have to download the returns label, she searched for the same jacket one size larger but it was out of stock. Izabella then found me something very similar, included it in an email along with a discount code as it was a little bit more expensive, AND she found the exact item on Amazon for me in case I wasn't pleased with her recommendation. Talk about great service. Wow.

Switch my current account, never looked back.

This card saves me fortunes when I’m abroad and I do spend 3 months of every year outside the U.K. Also the speed of transaction notifications is great, I know when monies have left or been received into my account. 1% cash back is good, the link to the savings account is easy to transfer money between accounts. It’s been faultless so far.

Higher interest rate switch.

I rang Leeds BS to change my ISA account to a higher ISA interest account. I spoke to Sumitra who provided exemplary service, she did as I asked and went through my remaining accounts, merging one ISA account to the higher interest rate. Sumitra also looked at another account I had and upgraded that also. Sumitra talked me through the process I had complete online at my end. Quick, efficient service with an excellent telephone manner, faultess service.

I do like the case

I do like the case, much better than a hard case for sure. Looks classy, just a bit harder to hold for phone calls. I’d recommend it though.

Does Service have a new directive?

WB is all I've fitted for the last 12 yrs, I don't do 50 plus per year so now have to pay 40 pounds to extend the warranty on what is already the most expensive boiler, that's a little rich in my opinion.
Service:- I too have had parts left on warranty repairs for me to fit because the engineer could not comfortably work on the boiler, i.e., in a cupboard with limited ceiling height and have heard other excuses such as fitted above a consumer unit. Service has changed probably 18 months ago and it's a change for the worst, also why when I get a sales lead now it's more often than not a repair?
