Sizing is inconsistent

I have two pairs of Lee jeans I bought sometime last year. One was a size 24 and the was a 22. The 24 keep falling down. I mean literally falling down so I thought okay, time for a 22?. I couldn't barely close them. I was so confused. My husband measured me. He says you are a 24 . He measures the jeans. The 24s are a 28 and the 22 is a 20. These jeans need a quality review in place.

Customer Service is no help

I ordered 4 things. Given notice they would come in two packages through FedEx. I only got one. Tried to co tact FedEx, they claim they delivered one package with a photo and said there were no more. Going deeper into the FedEx site, they claimed both were delivered one day apart. I got the only one a day after they claimed it was delivered and never saw the second. Called Lee customer service, the woman was clearly not in the US and could only say I have to file for a reimbursement. Said it would take only a few days. I suggest Lee change to UPS but Ill never know because I will never order through this site again and Im telling it everywhere to everyone.

Used to be my go-to brand, not anymore

Lee used to be my go-to brand for jeans. The quality has decreased immensely. I bought a pair, washed it, went out crumpled like paper. I will never wear this pair of jean, such a waste of money and cotton. My older pair that was washed at the same time went out perfectly.
I'm going to need to find a new brand...

A Disaster from the start!

WOW! JUST WOW! I really expected better of Lee. They have been around a long time with millions of customers. Clearly, those customers did not order directly from the company!

On 9/24/25 I ordered a couple pair of jeans for my Dad who just spent the last year and a half fighting for his life. He thankfully just turned 80. I dont live real close. He desperately needed new jeans as the Lee jeans I bought for him a few years ago are falling apart, and
wanted him to have them ASAP.

The FIRST issue is that the Lee jeans that I bought are a little over 2 years old and are falling apart! Dad has always worn Lee jeans. He had an excavation company my whole life and put those jeans through the ringer. And yet they lasted for years. He has since retired and as mentioned been very ill. Worse case scenario the butt of the jeans should be a little worn because all he really does now is sit!

The 2nd issue is that when I ordered the jeans I chose the Klarna pay 4 option at the checkout process. Not only has my Dad been very ill, but my husband is in the final stages of lung cancer. Its pretty much all on me to pay the bills etc. Making 4 small payments WOULD have been fantastic and lightened the load. But NO! They took the WHOLE PAYMENT!! The order clearly stated and STILL states PAY 4. Only now it says to pay the total amount 4 times! As mentioned, things are pretty tight. Every dime accounted for. THEY TOOK MY GROCERY MONEY! I guess we will eat next week!?

Delivery date at the time of ordering stated Monday 9/29/25 to New Jersey. On that same date I received notice that my package was delivered to my house in New York. Which I might add that I am nowhere near and won't be for some time. That is another reason why I had them shipped directly to Dad. So I had to call them. I would rather have my teeth drilled without novacain then to talk on the telephone to a customer service representative who barely speaks english. But I did. I was told that whatever was sitting in NY was not my package from them. That my package won't arrive in NJ until Friday 10/3/25!? So then why did my order say Monday? Why am I receiving delivery notifications? SURPRISE!! THEY DON'T KNOW. Had I known it was going to take so long I would have ordered them from somewhere else. Several department stores carry Lee and deliver within a matter of days.

So as the heading stated...a disaster from the start. I can only hope that they arrive, and arrive in good condition etc.

I am just surprised that a company like Lee has such shoddy service. They clearly didn't make all of their money on their customer orders and customer service thats for sure.

I won't make that mistake again.

Did not like how they fit.

Lee jeans i ordered did not fit me like the other 12 to 15 pairs of Lee jeans I own. I was a Lee jeans fan until now. I wanted to send this pair back, but between paying postage and re-stock fee, I decided to just give them to the local thrift shop and find another brand of jeans to wear from now on. CS was nasty when I tried to explain what I was trying to do.

Lee on a downhill slide

They would do better to ship with USPS Ground Advantage NOT FedEx. 3 weeks to ship is ludicrous. Most complaints address this and quality. Ditto here.
Material of items I buy are so thin they wear out much more quickly than historically. They don't seem to make a work jean anymore. I buy because I can still find one that fits decently.
It is also, almost impossible, to identify an item by the numbers provided on the labels. They are unsearchable, or if you really like them, out of stock if a sale is in progress .
Lee really needs to work on customer service, delivery and quality before the name loses all credibility.

DOES NOT SHIP

I ordered clothes on Monday and paid for expedited shipping. Unfortunately, they use fedex. So I have paid $15.99 for 3 day shipping and the shipping is still in North Carolina, about 68 miles from where they began.
If you want clothing that you can wear, don't buy them from Lee.

Customer Service is a Mess

Lee's entire customer-service system is a mess. I am not blaming representatives. The entire system is arbitrary, inflexible, and unclear. I tried to follow their requirements for an exchange. They didn't tell me until I specifically asked twice that they offer exchanges, but they actually only process returns, and customers have to place a new order for the merchandise they want. Poor website information and poor training/programming for customer-contact.

Well, it is now the 14th. Package is in North Carolina with NO expected delivery date.

I was hesitant to order directly from Lee with no guarantee of swift delivery but took a chance anyway. Well, I should have read the reviews before ordering.

Very disappointing

I am so disappointed in Lee Jeans

I am so disappointed in Lee Jeans. For years they were my go-to company for jeans. Perfect fit every time. Great quality. Wore like iron. But the last two times I bought them I have been beyond disappointed. Fit is just strange. Quality deteriorating. After this last time, I’m done. I won’t be wasting anymore money on this once great but now not product. Shameful. Because they were so wonderful for so long. So dependable. Sad. Just sad.

Quality Isn't What It Once Was

The quality has decreased with each purchase. I've worn Lee Jeans for decades because they fit. I'm 6'', 195 and my legs don't fit in skinny guy jeans, but the Lee Premium Select are perfect. Unfortunately, they don't make that style anymore and the 4 pairs I just received are poorly made and don't fit as well. I'll be sending them back and looking for some new Wranglers.

Wrong size, wrong material, cheaply made, bad odor.

I ordered a pair of Lee jeans that were advertised as 100% cotton. They arrived and they're only 70% cotton along with polyester and spandex. Cheaply made. They also sent me the wrong size. The jeans are heavily dyed and have an odd bad odor. Something is really wrong with this company. They used to be a good brand, now they just don't care about their customers.

Poor quality product and service.

Poor quality materials and low standard of workmanship. Hugely overpriced. I returned my order but then didn’t hear anything. Eventually received refund after chasing them. Even if the product wasn’t so bad I wouldn’t trust them with my money again.

You don't even get a year out of Lee jeans!he material used is so thin now and…

The material used is so thin now and the seams are crooked going down your leg. No name brands are made better than Lee now. Lee has gone down hill. Seems like Lee doesn't care about quality or quality control anymore! I'd like to see a ceo of a company actually care about quality instead of how can I make things cheaper and still rip off the consumer.
