3 people were at home when a delivery was supposedly attempted. There were two cars on the drive and the garage door was open? Tried the DPD Chat from the mobile app and the Bot basically refused to put me through to a proper agent to follow this up. I tried for 10 minutes but gave up. Rubbish.

Had a failed initial delivery via Evri and they have been awful but Sportshoes have been brilliant. They have responded quickly and sent me a replacement pair of running shoes. We have bought several pairs of shoes from them and they have always been exceptional. Ryan in Customer Services has been particularly helpful.

Supposed to receive a pair of running shoes yesterday. All the tracking info was spot on. Van arrived within the allotted window, I opened the door to greet the delivery man and he drove off without getting out of his van. Two minutes later I got a tracking update saying "We were unable to deliver your parcel". It said it would be delivered today. Got a tracking update with a delivery window for today. It went by and I got a message saying that the parcel was too big and a specialist courier would be needed!! It's a pair of shoes, not very heavy ones at that!! Left numerous chat messages and even tried the phone line but that was a waste of time. No response from Evri so far other than tracking updates. Absolute waste of time!! Just rung the number provided below. Asked me to confirm the tracking number and said that somebody was already looking into it. Then did not give me any other options. Still no contact from them. Really are beyond useless. I wish companies would stop using this company. Paid £5 delivery and get this level of service?? Sums our country up TBH! Why reply with standard wording that pretends that you care an and obviously don’t! I have had no personal, direct response from you at all. As for directing me towards your Help site, it’s evidently a waste of time. It’s a joke. I have now used it several times and, as stated, still not got a personal response. Why don’t you just get out of this game and leave it to a company that cares about it’s customers. Got a telephone call from Evri yesterday apologising for what has happened and that they were going to follow-up with the delivery man. However, no update since, so still not happy and, needless to say, no indication as to what has happened to my shoes. We are now on the 18th Feb and no further contact from Evri (no surprise there, I guess). My replacement shoes have already been delivered by Royal Mail. Any company that uses this lot wants their heads testing. Such poor Customer Service.

Ordered some jeans on Sunday, paid £4.95 delivery and by the end of Monday, not despatched. As a comparison, ordered some running shoes from Sportshoes.com this afternoon and they've already been despatched. Online orders used to be free delivery, now they've got us trapped, we have to pay for an unacceptable service. Now a day further on and still no delivery update. Based on other reviews that I have only just looked at, I personally would stay away from this site. I will give it another day and then TRY to get a refund. Others have tried and failed.

Flights to Lanzarote were on time and hotel, Sandos Papagayo in Playa Blanca, was good, although not as good as previous 3 visits. Lots of maintenance required but food still excellent. Only real negative was passport control. Was like a cattle market but not Jet2's fault. Told that 47 planes had landed in 3 hours!!

Don't trust them. They act as the operators of the ID Mobile referral process. After months of waiting nothing appeared on my order my son's accounts. It was only £5 each but that's beside the point. If every customer loses ,£10, they possibly make millions. Rubbish process and company.

Referral process is a scam. Chased 3 times over several months. Still not paid but given account credit instead, so finally got what was due to me. Bear in mind you have to wait for two payments to be made plus 120 days, in my case, for £5 each. We are way beyond that and nothing showing in our Aklamio accounts. Don't trust either ID or Aklamio. On top of this, the ID signal in Derbyshire, Norfolk and Leicestershire, in my experience, is rubbish.

Phone is as described and was a good price. Was delivered within an acceptable timeframe but not the next day as advertised and only having chased it. The communication wasn't great. Didn't respond to Email and took three phone calls before they answered. Once answered, everything took off and phone arrived the next day.

I am a subscriber to their newsletter and get several Emails a week from them, so obviously thought they were a cracking company. They recently became the supplier to the Pro shop at my club and I ordered a pair of boots and shoes, neither of which have arrived after 3 weeks and I am going to cancel my order tomorrow if they don’t arrive today. Why accept an order when they knew that they couldn’t deliver it? Another company slowly going downhill by the looks of it? I will be unsubscribing!

Came to use their app on my iPad tonight. Made me sign-in. Populated my username and password and it said that it needed to verify me and it would send me a one-time passcode to my Email address. It didn’t! So I clicked “resend” and it didn’t. Upshot is, they have lost a potentially reasonable sale. I’m off to Toolstation now. This dual-authentication is great, IF IT WORKS. First time I’ve had a problem with SF. Yes I could go to their website but why should I? If you are going to drive everyone down the App route, for goodness sake, make it work!
