You'll be lucky to receive items that even slightly resemble the pictures you saw online. Avoid them at all cost because they will provide no refund, no customer service. They also do not ship all items at once, and "forget" about the rest so you'll definitely lose your money there. I did my research but still fell into their traps, therefore I think all their "good reviews" are paid for, and the real ones hidden. I have never had a worse experience with an online clothing seller.
Rude response poor customer service selling an item that is not what is advertised it's not the quality of the product but when your paying premium price you expect it to be correct as advertised

(VF ci-dessous) Thieves! I bought 6 jeans at the same price, all eligible to a "50% off of 2nd denim" discount + an additionnal 15% welcome discount.
I returned 4 of the 6 jeans, but for absolutely no reason the customer service did not reimburse me the full amount for those 4 jeans, keeping 15% of the amount they owe me and thus making me lose part of the discounts for the 2 jeans I kept (still eligible by the same discounts).
They provided a calculation that is completely wrong and won't do anything about it. 6 jeans all at the same price and all with the same discounts, how hard is it to divide the total price paid by 6 and multiply the result by 4 to get the exact amount they owe their customer?
Lee owes me 42,49€ and just lost a customer !

Des voleurs ! J'ai acheté 6 jeans tous au même prix de départ et tous en promo à "-50% sur le 2e" + 15% de réduction supplémentaire. J'en ai renvoyé 4, mais sans aucune raison le service client ne m'a pas remboursé le montant total correspondant à ces 4 jeans. Ils ont déduit 15% de la somme qu'ils me doivent ! Ce qui fait que j'ai perdu le bénéfices des 2 réductions pour les 2 jeans que j'ai gardés et qui restent pourtant bien éligibles aux 2 réductions.
Le service client France m'a fourni un calcul complètement faux et ne veut rien savoir. Pour 6 jeans tous au même prix et avec les mêmes promotions et 4 renvoyés, c'est si dur que ça de diviser le montant total par 6 puis de multiplier le résultat par 4 pour obtenir le montant réel qu'il faut rembourser au client ?!
Lee me doit 42,49€ et a perdu un client !

Its over a year on and Lee still block me from purchasing their goods online. They have never asked me about this, just gone glibly ahead based on some alleged high risk. I have spoken to my bank, PayPal and my credit car company who curiously you have barred all of them. I feel persecuted especially as Lee cannot give me a valid reason.
24/07/2024 By way of an update, two months later and Lee EU will not let me purchase from them. Any form of payment from credit card to PayPal is blocked. Its a curious situation that is unlikely to be resolved as no one at Lee Customer Services seems to care.
I have tried to purchase direct from Lee on two occasions. One back in January this year and again now in May 24.
On both occasions the website has rejected payment from the like of Klarna, PayPal and credit cards.
Lee say its because their payment company believe it to be a fraudulent transaction and they have no control over said company. So Lee, your payment company can decide who it wants to do business with and you don't have a say.
As a customer you can decide to buy from Lee but if the payment company doesn't like you Lee doesn't get your business. Doesn't make sense to me

I ordered 2 pairs of jeans & 1 pair of capris. I’m happy with 2 of the items, but need to return 1 because 100% cotton runs small & I wasn’t aware of that. My complaint is not with the merchandise, but with their return policy. Not only can I not return them to a store, like most other online companies, including Levi.com, but they charge you $7.99 for returning them plus the cost of shipping them back. I will never order another thing from Lee.com, ever. If I can’t find what I’m looking for at one of their stores, guess I’ll be shopping at a competitor.
It was smooth and fast response, turn around and resolution of the problem.

Company very professional but delivery was slow also they used UPS to deliver this item who told me that I had missed their delivery, which was completely untrue and I had to wait another day before they eventually delivered.
The quality of the jeans are reasonable but I dispute the straight leg that they claim they are. They are not straight leg but more skinny shape. After the long wait for delivery, I couldn’t be bothered to send them back, however in future, I would prefer to buy another brand not made in Pakistan.

Bought a pair of jeans for my boyfriend last Xmas, his favorites, Brooklyn Straight. Unfortunately the zipper broke 10/11 months down the line and after a short phone call was directed to a very helpful and instructional email. I sent in the requested information and pictures of the broken zipper and within a very short amount of time I got confirmation for a refund!!
Once the refund is transferred to my account I will be sure to re-order the same product again.
The Lee Team offers a very refreshing and outstanding level of customer service. Polite, friendly, very helpful and best outcome I had hoped for. Thanks again!

Terrible! I placed an order on October 5th. I haven't had any update since. No order has been processed no shipping, nothing. I have written emails and have had nothing but auto responses. I called their customer service line to cancel and get a refund they say I can't get a refund until I receive my order and I return it. What!!! My order is close to 100 dollars. I will never order from Lee online again.
