Most be the worst streaming service on TV, watch a programme lasting 50 minutes and have to endure 35 minutes of adverts. I always mute the adverts and darken the screen to avoid repetitive and boring adverts. I would image ITVX is not a good commercial platform with so many annoyed customers.
ITVX must be the worst streaming platform of most providers. It’s impossible to stream anything without the picture freezing almost every 2 minutes. Despite doing all the necessary actions to fix it, it doesn’t make the slightest difference. One consolation is that it even freezes during the adverts. Advertiser’s must love them.
Always use Staysure for travel insurance as they are reasonably priced, give clear precise information. The only slight bug bear is when trying to pay with a Santander UK registered Debit or Credit card, the payment doesn’t go through. With modern international banking why is this not possible?
No problem with the process of finding a suitable time and schedule. The problem is that BF take 75% non- Refundable deposit immediately. This seems to be an unfair practice of booking and seems to contradict what is a reasonable deposit. Hopefully I won’t need to cancel but who knows in three months time and it is unreasonable to lose almost £1000 if that were to happen considering that BF will not lose money if I cancel and will sail regardless of the number of passenger onboard.

I just signed up with Octopus Spain as many friends in the UK comment on their price and excellent service.
I had to send an email to ask if my account had been activated, since it took more than 48-72 hours, which they had said.
I received a reply to my email very quickly to confirm that I am now an Octopus customer and also have my own person manager, whose name is Reyes. He will be there whenever I need help. So far, so good.

I had a puncture whilst visiting the UK having driven my own car over from Spain. Protyre were professional, courteous and gave me the best options to replace the tyre because it was not possible to effect a repair. Very satisfied.
Trying to open an account with Starling, who claim to recognise Spanish phone number and use a European identity card when applying for an account. Have you tried to change the country code from +44 to +34 on their application? Impossible to do this.

To apply for an account, you need to be a UK resident and have a UK phone number to start the application. Once you have been approved and your account is open, you can switch to a Spanish phone number.
No problem with the navigation of the site and the process was fairly easy and seamless, however, when choosing the policy and relevant price, I didn't see anywhere that I could see how much cover I was getting and the details of any possible exclusions.
No problem with ordering. Although I specified a date for delivery, they delivered the order immediately, which was at least one week before the date I requested.

Company very professional but delivery was slow also they used UPS to deliver this item who told me that I had missed their delivery, which was completely untrue and I had to wait another day before they eventually delivered. The quality of the jeans are reasonable but I dispute the straight leg that they claim they are. They are not straight leg but more skinny shape. After the long wait for delivery, I couldn’t be bothered to send them back, however in future, I would prefer to buy another brand not made in Pakistan.

There is always that option that you could return your product and receive your refund or order another product.
Amazon.de (Germany) is a very good alternative to Amazon.es ( Spain) where I normally buy from. The German website also has everything in English, which doesn’t happen on the Spanish site. They also have a lot more items made in the EU, not China. I recently needed new “beanie” hats made from Merino wool not acrylic. Ordered 2 from Germany, excellent quality, manufactured in Greece, good price and delivered in 4 days.
So far, my parcel has been on the way for 8 days. Unable to get updates, no information where it is or when it’s going to be delivered. Tried to sign up for more information but this option is only available if you live in the USA. If any other website I order from uses UPS delivery, I will NOT buy from this company or continue with the order.
I was impressed with the webpage and how easy it was to choose the best travel policy, however, I sent an email requesting some information and clarification about some thing. After 5 days, no one from staysure has responded to my concern. I have since received a reply from staysure, which has answered my query. It appears that One should allow 5 working days to obtain a response. Happy tp maintain my original comments that staysure has a good easy to navigate webpage and their response was both courteous and professional.
