Terrible delivery service

Terrible delivery service, Baker Ross were quick to refund after 2 emails, but definitely need to change delivery service.

I could not ask for better service from Lara/Lee

I could not ask for better service from start to finish. Having nor worn Lee jeans for many years I was given excellent advice on the best fit for the style I was after.
I also had several questions relating to the discount I was entitled too which was addressed to my total satisfaction by Lara. Thank you Lee 😀

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, I ordered 1 item, but have been sent 3 of the same item, charged 3 times plus 3 lots of delivery charges, there is no customer service number to call & I have emailed but have not had any response.

Good results so far

My son has suffered from eczema since the age of 7, he is now 18 and it has got worse as he has got older, particularly on his face and arms. He has tried loads of treatments which seem to work at first but then he has bad flare ups which then seem hard to control, he now is on his second pot of pure potions which does seem to help, although he still suffers from some flare ups.
