Very disappointing
Hi, last year i bought a fridge from whirlpool (6th sense) and now is broke, doesn't cooling anymore, i try to call customer service already for 2 days and the phone doesn't work, on what up are different people who answering me randomly, i open a repair tiket on my BCC account i went in the shop they couldn't help me and they ask me to call whirlpool, i call whirlpool and they told me on 10 January ( more that one month) will be available a technician to repair! I mean this is unacceptable that i buy a product with a guarantee and you need to wait with no fridge for long time in a house with family and kids when the holidays are close by, first of all you should change this fridge cuz is not normal that get broken after one year, and if is fix how i will know if don't get broke again? You customer service doesn't exist and i don't see that anyone care about me, what i suppose to do? I am very upsed and this is last time when i buy something from BCC!
