I won 500 dkk and then they asking me to aprove bank card by sending card information, chat support told me its normal to send all card information by danish law , i never heard about. Sounds like legit scam. Dont ever bet on anything in this site.

They are still sending SMS about betting even if I have said no to that.

Very good customer support, had problems with my withdrawal but once I wrote them, they helped me immediately and got my money in about half an hour.

Bad webside and limit new customers.

After a few bets where i lidt 90% of Them. They just put a limit and say they cant do anything about… i Can maximum place a bet of 10-15 crowns…. So they put a bad betting experience on a lot of new customers

Total scam do you know why I found out it was a total scam? I put on some money to actually gamble and my eyes were on my bet and the money I have left in my balance all the time, it kept on decreasing even when I wasn’t betting or even when I won something they took away around 50 kr from me and when I told them why are you not fixing this glitch or complained they told me to come back later because they don’t take requests now 🤣🤣 what a joke never gamble on this garbage

I have had a account for about 3 weeks and during that time I managed to make a profit of 50 Euro. Due to that now my account are restricted to minimum bet. They only want losing customers so stay away from this site.

Also the mail was a copy-paste from the LeoVegas support and NOT the expekt company) to a paragraph that has NOTHING to do with either deposit or rewards. Complete amateur company. Tack Expekt! Expekt is the best, it´s like I am in heaven and Expekt print money for me. This is the one and only site I will play on, best in the business. Only thing I wish Expekt would fix is making each blackjack dealer a bit louder, I rarley can hear when the dealer compliments on my nickname but Thanks to all the very friendly dealers. I always put max volume still hard to exactly hear it.

Wow Played on the exklusive private Blackjack tabel, went from 1000kr to 20 000+ in 2 dealer changes. Biggest rollercoaster for my heart. I am done for this month. Settling bets wrong, not correcting them even tho I provided official link to match to show stats. They dont believe and keep the bet wrongly settled. If you settle 1 bet wrong, I believe they do it often

Well, i don't know why people give them just bad reviews,maybe just people who have something wrong with them account and they are not 100% clean ( no passaport, no documents to prove them account, something wrong). Me personal after i won 1000 euro i just send them for first time my documents and after one day was validate, and then after another day i had all my money in my account! Very fast! I like this company because is only one who give you multibonus on bet tiket and i like that! I play with them from 3 years and i am happy. I totaly recommend Expekt!

Deposited $20 and for some reason i got an extra $20 because of some signup bonus. Nevertheless, I used my initial deposit of $20 and bet on 3 games (multiples). All were correct and I had won over $240. Fun right? Nope. It was decided to be sport bonus money which I cannot withdraw at all until met somr BS 1000000x win requirement. Ofcourse at this point I am determined to withdraw my initial deposit of $20 so I can atleast have that back. When I did that, boom, all my wins disappeared. They were completely removed from my account.

When I contacted then about why all my money was removed. This was their response:

”If you try to make a withdrawal your bonus will be deactivated and all your wins during the time it was active will be removed” in simple words.

Don’t bother giving these people your business. And whenever you signup for a company always look them up and see if they are in any way affiliated with Expekt. If they are, they’re probably scam too.

Horrible. I decided I didn't want to gamble all the money I put in and they wouldn't let me withdraw it until I did. When I complained they suspended my account - still dont have my money back!

Its a really bad bookmaker/casino!

On my first deposit I claimed the 100% bonus.
The bonus was credited separately from the real money on the account.
When you play a slot with bonus, the balance changes back and forth between real money and bonus money after each spin. You get totally confused... I've never seen such a strange Bonus before....
Few days ago, i received an email again for a 10% cashback bonus from Expekt and have signed up for it. After that i made some deposits (total of 250€) but i had no luck and couldnt win anything.
On the next day i wanted claim my cashback (25€)... but I didnt get the bonus. The support tell me that I allegedly didnt sign up for the promotion. But I'm 100% sure I did!!
The support could not really help me also. He didnt believe me, that I signed up for the bonus...

But I know the problem was at Expekt and not at me!
Either there was an error on the page/server, or it was just an excuse not to give some players their cashback bonus.

If Expekt would be a good casino, the support have could given me the Cashback manually yet.
But now I think, they only are scammers.
If I'll not hear anything from support in the next days, I'll close my Expekt account.

So i hope you dont make the same mistake like me!!
Do not deposit and play there!!
Every other casino is better than Expekt.

Worst bookmaker ever!! Signed up with them under spend £10 and get a free £10 bet. Placed 1 bet of £10 on the Leeds v Derby game which I lost(win some lose some) went to place my free £10 bet would not take it came up with some error message. Contacted live chat and told my account has been restricted by the trading team???? I asked for a manager not possible,phone number not possible. I can only now place £1 bets (Not in T&C's) asked for contact by the "trading team" within 48 hours, surprise no contact. What a bunch of criminals offering something and not completing their offer. I am now contacting the Gambling Commission to see what can be done.
