I have been a 3 customer for 10 plus…

I have been a 3 customer for 10 plus years on contract. I am leaving them due to their awful deals on contract. I tried to switch to a PAYG but was told it would not be possible to keep my number, I would have to get a PAC code and use it with another provider. This I did (glad I did, Giff Gaff and Lyca provide much better deals and free EU roaming up to 5gb). Simple to get my final bill? Nope, they can't even do this properly. Had to speak to them several times to get my final bill sent and when it came it was wrong - they tried to charge me an early termination fee even although they told me that I would not be charged if I used my PAC code after 01.06.24. Three use to be a good company with good deals and good customer service (in Scotland if I remember). The customer service now are a bunch of muppets and the deals are disgusting. £36.00 for a SIM only deal? And you want me to sign a 36 month contract? Oh and there is no free EU DATA roaming unless i take additional handsets. Jog on muppets. I now pay less than £10 per month for my current PAYG deal. RIP 3 Mobile, you will be finished in a couple of years playing like this.

UPDATE: 08.06.24. Three mobiel have replied with a chat link - which takes you to exactly the same online chat as I am compaining about. MUPPETS
