Take the money but don't deliver

Take the money but don't deliver. I bought a chair, they charge you on the spot. You don't hear anything for couple of weeks (rather than the 5 days they promise to deliver) and when you ask after two weeks they ask you for the order number. Very poor experience.

I am only posting this review after…

I am only posting this review after having exhausted all official channels with KLM’s customer service. Despite submitting all required forms and documentation six months ago, my case remains entirely unaddressed, and I have received no response whatsoever.

The staff’s behavior was dismissive, unhelpful, and appeared discriminatory. As someone of Middle Eastern appearance, I could not ignore the sense that we were treated differently and with less consideration than other passengers. Allowing us to wait in a general line while our flight time expired - especially with an elderly passenger - was unacceptable and deeply disrespectful. No passenger should be treated with such indifference, especially when the situation could easily have been resolved. The entire experience at your check-in counter was unpleasant and unacceptable.

get ready to pay

I don't buy the google reviews! no proper check in, feels super shady. We were waiting outside the airport for some time, a guy comes, asks us to buy the fuel in advance in almost twice the price, and to pay a deposit of almost 3000 euros (not a credit card save, but an actual money transfer..). I explained that I don't have this kind of money on my account even, and had to pay additional fee. Later we could not leave because there was some problem with our car who may have been double booked, so that was quite a scare. Return?? send a snapshot of where you parked and leave the key in the car.. :) -- All in all, I go with a known brand (read: established) next time.

If you, as a customer, want to choose the most basic package and think you'll have comprehensive insurance, I think the mistake in this case lies with the customer, not our team.

If you choose the red package, no tank or fuel, it's that simple.

Strange

1. Take the money.
2. Dont send the product.
3. Assure the costumer everything is ok.
4. After two weeks write the costumer that the product is not available.
5. Ask the costumer to review the service…

I have checked your order here and I see that you have been in contact with my colleagues several times about your order. Initially the product was out of stock and we informed you of this, when it became clear that it was going to take even longer until the product would be delivered you cancelled the order. We refunded the money to your bank account immediately afterwards. Would you still wish to receive the product, this is of course possible and we can re-order the product for you.

Charge with no notice!!!

They rip you off - charge with no permission - write back that will refund within 5 business days and nothing.. Stay away that is a scam.
