Customer service agents haven't got a…

Customer service agents haven't got a clue what is going on. Will put you on hold so many times. One will tell you one thing then you will receive a email to get in touch urgent and then abother agent will tell you something else.

unable to make a simple change in address, 14 should have been 14a. spent 20 minutes on phone trying to explain this to an overseas call centre. after the phone call documents incorrectly changed to A14

I'm not happy I had 3 points on my…

I'm not happy I had 3 points on my licence which have expired and they put my insurance up about £150 money grabbing , I don't recommend and won't be doing business with zenith again .

I’m sorry to hear you’re unhappy with the increase in your premium. While points may be removed from your licence after 3 years, most insurers require details of any claims or driving convictions from the past 5 years when calculating a quote, which can still impact the price.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service, awful company in general. They will miss sell policies and not be very helpful when questioned. I thought i had breakdown cover then when needed it was only road side assistance. This was not explained when i took out the policy. I will not use this company again and i reccomend other avoid as well
