Ripoff fees
Admin and cancellation fees are an absolute ripoff. I’ve had to pay to put the original plate back on the car, and a separate fee to cancel the policy (the car has been sold and the new one isn’t coming for a while). I had to call to speak to someone as the website said I was t registered, then it said my password was wrong. I asked to speak to a manager about the fee and was told there wasn’t one as the centre was closed.
If the changes actually cost the company money fair enough, but if the website worked I’m doing the admin myself, so then I’m paying for the privilege of doing the work! Apparently a manager will call me back tomorrow, but I won’t hold my breath as the promised cancellation confirmation has also not been delivered. I’m so sick of big companies taking advantage of any opportunity to hand out nonsense fees - won’t be using RAC again

I got a better policy cancelled my…
I got a better policy cancelled my renewal money came out of bank contract RAC they say they will refund in 7 days it will be Monday me 2 days later they put a request to bank for money so the bank put payment as pending I contacted RAC the denied it contact band they say RAC put in request for payment so money is in pending for 8 days so that's just under 1000.00 I am missing from back 7 days up RAC say 7 to 14 days money still in pending till Thursday I am all so a member of RAC breakdown why should I be when they treat me like this
