Good experience.
Firstly, Zenith offered me an excellent price, almost half what my previous insurer was offering.
Secondly the process of applying, through to payment, was simple.
Thirdly, after creating an account, I am able to see all of my policy documents online.

Scammers!!!
My dad purchased insurance for his car, he forgot he had a no fault accident 4 years previously. Paid in full for the insurance. Received an email the next day stating he had to pay an extra £260 for the no fault accident. Called them up and got the insurance cancelled as the advisor even agreed it was a con. Still waiting for his refund a week later!!!!!

All claims, including non-fault accidents, can impact the price offered for a policy, which is why the premium may change when additional information is provided. However, in circumstances such as this, we can cancel the policy without applying the usual arrangement fee.
With regards to the refund, we’re unable to issue this until the payment has been fully processed. If you have been waiting for more than 10 days, please send us your policy details to us at social@zenithinsurance-bisl.co.uk and we’ll be happy to chase this up for you.
