First time using TUI, we had an amazing holiday at TUI Blue Victoria in Santo Tomas, Menorca. The hotel was beautiful. Incredibly friendly, helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Amazing enterta... See more

The rep who assisted us with our holiday was very professional in all of the booking experience. She was pleasant, and used her experience of places she had visited helping us to choose our destination.
Greated by a member of staff and helped me before I sat down with another member of staff to book, really helpful young man double checked everything names etc
I was assisted by Angela(we share the same name) with my enquiry and I cannot thank her enough. She was so helpful and made sure we were able to book the perfect holiday although she had to go above and beyond to secure the booking. I would recommend Tui to anyone
Have booked with TUI a few times now and find things are more than satisfactory every time. Always feel reassured by the support in place. Have used chat a few times to sort out things and have always had matters resolved easily. Recently found one of the holiday options I wanted had been removed from the app, so I contacted TUI and had a lot of assistance from Daisy who looked in to contacting the team to obtain a room for us and provided me with regular updates. Just goes to show great customer service
Tui totally mis-sold me a holiday to Sardinia. I booked a hotel with a roof top pool, next to beach, gym, right in the centre of Alghero and we were out in the apartments connected to the hotel 1.2 km away and couldn’t use hotel facilities! Offered terrible alternatives when complained, none suitable and after wasting 2 days trying to sort had to book another place in my credit card. Still trying to get compensation and no reply to correspondence. Avoid TUI at all costs!
Will never book with Tui again wasn't able to go on holiday due to my husband needing emergency surgery and they wouldn't let us move our holiday to another date. The holiday cost £6000 and they wanted a charge of £5000 to move it to another date because it was within 30 days. We had a medical letter confirming that my husband needed surgery and would not be able to fly. However Tui said it wasn't life threatening so could not move without charge.
The fact is if my husband didn't receive the operation he could have become seriously ill.
Will never book with Tui again but they don't seem to be bothered about loyal customers who have been using them for years.
The staff at your Kingswood store in Hull were as helpful and knowledgeable as they always are.
Me and my daughter booked our flight and hotel through TUI, we stayed in a lovely hotel called Alykanas village hotel, on the Zakynthos island, it was lovely clean and comfortable. The food was lovely, there were lots of restaurants and shops within 5-10 minute walk. The beach was a 2 minute walk with crystal clear warm water, and water activities to book, lovely beach view from our balcony.
Went into TUI festival park to book holiday lovely friendly staff on the reception desk and the lovely penny who booked my holiday was very helpful and informative also lovely big store nice and clean.
When something goes wrong on holiday - that's when you really find out how good the company is. In TUI's case they are awful. I am 6 weeks post return from a very expensive holiday with TUI in Corfu with horrific illness, that was without a doubt generated from the hotel itself as TUI well know, having been taken to hospital and TUI try to blame a virus. Their customer service is non existent and makes life as difficult as possible - filling in multiple forms, additional emails and no responses. Any UK company that treated their customers as badly as they do should be investigated. Unfortunately I was not the only case at this hotel and ambulances were arriving multiple times a day. Do not waste your hard earned money holidaying with them, there are much better holiday companies out there.
Don’t for get to review tui ha! Honestly last time I flew with you guys I had a spell of bad health abroad after contacting your self’s I was told to cancel my flights & I would be refunded only to be told shortly after that I was not eligible for a sooner flight home at the cost I had already payed, regardless of the fact I wasn’t going to be boarding the flight I had already payed for… all you prioritised was making sure I’d cancel my seat on the booking so you had a free seat you could possibly resell.
I had to re book my flights & seats repay for all my luggage.
Asking me for a review is like asking me to give stage coach on for a lift to town… you get payed for your services you don’t go above & beyond in any aspect.
Hopefully this time I keep my health 👎
Do I want to fly with you? Not really but beggars can’t be choosers unfortunately.
Laura, in the Newport, Spytty branch has been fabulous. My family has two members needing special travel assistance. Laura’s advice about resorts and travel arrangements has been excellent.
