Paid for premium economy upgrade but full of large families with screaming kids due to TUI assistance policy allowing 8 companions to travel with 1 disabled passenger - child screamed for 1 hour solid upon landing

Flight was delayed by 25 hours, no compensation given. Nice overnight hotel, but still cost £50 in extra parking fees, plus lost days work. So basically 4 person party lost over£1000.

Plane was 2 hours late to leave, we were sat in the plane for 1 hour on the runway in the heat and when I put my blind down I was told to keep it up so overall horrid experience won’t be booking with TUI again
