Abdullah was very helpful and patient great service all the way round

Very overwhelming as there are so many cars, very long wait times although we did receive some great service from a curly haired gentleman and one of the managers on the showroom floor.
Gentleman in the office prior to finance was ever so slightly push with his lifetime warranty but I suppose he has a job to do.
We did however end our journey with a lovely women and go was ever so patient in collections.

It was good that we were able to look around the showroom at the cars with very little hassle from staff. Prices were clearly displayed in the car windows.

There’s no cars with £3000 discount as advertised on their website. It’s just apply to get you through the door. This is why they don’t advertise specific cars and you can’t talk to anybody about stock over the phone wasted journey for me as I anticipated.

Rob the sales man was great at letting me bombard him with requests for info on several cars. Very patient. Keira was lovely when dealing with the admin side of my purchase.

Polite staff and good service and a good selection of cars

Brought a car today from the Coventry branch. Staff super helpful and guided up through the whole process. Astan was great with the sale and also the manager of the site answered all our questions. Vasile helpful us tax and do the logbook really Smoothly and easily. Thanks very much we look forward to driving our new car.

Had a great experience, super lovely staff from start to finish who don’t hassle you and let you browse in peace. Kara and Michael were both lovely and I can’t thank them enough for their help.

Prices do end up a little different than advertised but obviously they’re all subject to terms, deposit and personal circumstances so that’s to be expected. They were totally transparent throughout the whole process and it was nice and easy.

All staff very helpful and efficient and the process flowed very smoothly. Thank you all. Rabiha was very friendly and approachable. Salesman were helpful.
