Not a great experience to begin with. Farrah was lovely showing me around but I was given a lot of empty promises. Harry was brilliant at the end and finally got me sorted.

Harry has been absolutely amazing. He has helped to sort everything out right down to the very last detail! He well and truly was amazing and helpful 🥰

Drove home with a new car very pleased.

I'm having a very frustrating experience today. I've called four times to check car availability before visiting, but no one is answering. I also submitted an online inquiry and received no callback whatsoever.

To make matters worse, the cars listed on your website are not actually available when you visit in person. I wanted to avoid wasting a trip by calling ahead to confirm availability, but the complete lack of response has made that impossible.

There is a serious lack of coordination between your online listings and actual stock, and the customer communication is simply not good enough. This is not the standard of service I expected.

Harry was absolutely great with us, he helped us through all the details of our finance options and we didn’t feel pressured at all. His knowledge of the entire process was second to none, he’s made our overall car buying experience a pleasure.

I had a very positive experience in buying my car. Helpful, knowledgeable staff who were not pushy. I stupidly brought the Lifetime Warrenty for extra peice of mind. 6 months into having the car my exhaust fell off and to my surprise when I tried to get it repaired through the Warrenty, exhausts are not covered. I have been left paying for the useless warrenty and this repairs. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING THE LIFETIME WARRENTY. There are lots of things not covered under this warrenty

Dreadful service aftersale, 3 weeks after getting the car the battery died, and have a leak beneath the car. Called numerous times within the warranty period of 28 days to report the faults, only to be told by the concierge that their own process does not allow direct calls to report faults. Purchased also the life time warranty that is absolutely useless and cannot cancel as gone past 14 days. If wanting to cancel would have to pay the remaining up to 12 months. Given their process, I have to keep the car on my driveway, not using it and still paying for it until they decide to call or email. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. Avoid this company at all costs!

AVOID TRADE CENTRE COVENTRY – COMPLETE DECEIT & SHOCKING SERVICE
Do not buy from this branch. I purchased a car on 12th April and formally rejected it on 21st April under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 due to immediate faults. They unlawfully refused the rejection.Salesman Hamza Adel lied about a full online service history that does not exist. Floor Manager Idris was entirely complicit, making false verbal promises that everything would be sorted. They wrote faults—including bodywork dents and the missing history—onto a "T-Card", but the sales team never booked the work.I was forced to deal with after-sales, where every interaction is with a different person making empty promises. The car has been sitting at their site for over a month after an unauthorized battery repair I never agreed to.They completely ignore my emails because they refuse to put anything in writing. They take your money, lie to close the sale, and ghost you when the car fails.
