Tried calling to enquire about a car and was told that the turnover was so high you couldn't enquire about individual vehicles so I drove an hour and 15 minutes to the branch to see the particular car that was on their website and it was non-existent apparently had been sold but all the vehicles that are listed on the home page that apparently manager specials or deals and nonexistent just to get you through the door.

Hassan and Callum were amazing, went in to look and they couldn’t have helped more. Ended up with my dream car, were helpful, friendly and nothing was too much for them. Great service, would really recommend

I bought my son a car from the Rotherham branch following an accident and he urgently needed a car as he was going on holiday. The sale staff were great but he found the car had an oil leak, the after sale department have been shocking. They have had the car for 10 days and it’s still not repaired!

3 times the same issue with limp mode and coil packs and sparks plugs going. I've sent it back to them to reject the vehicle as they've had 2 attempts to fix it but their incompetent mechanics won't. They've now rejected my rejection so I have to go another route. The car is a death trap. AVOID TRADE CENTRE UK AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE CON ARTISTS WHO SELL DANGEROUS CARS

I paid for the extras pack, tyre gel, tracker & car mats, they didn't have the mats in stock, the tyre gel did not sit correctly in the tyres causing a very dangerous wheel balancing problem that almost caused a serious accident, (I'm not the only one to have had this dangerous issue).. the tracker has not been supplied with a security code so I cannot use it.... absolutely shocking after service

Keep away from this place we bought a car last year for £9400 they told us it could keep the valve to be told it worth nothing we got a good price online valuation when we got there cars are worth nothing really good condition mislead you the red hot summer sale might has well not exist price promise for your cars might well
Not exist you need sacking trade centre needs knocking down waste of time forgot to mention trading standards are getting involved to make sure this does not happen to somebody else

This is my fourth update regarding the Kia Niro (LA71 UTZ) bought from the Rotherham branch.

The aftersales department has completely ghosted my correspondence.

A formal 14-day Letter Before Action was served on 7 August 2026. They have blown right past this legal deadline without a single response. They are completely hiding behind automated texts, refusing to address the fact that they mis-sold a "Premium Pack" tyre gel that caused dangerous steering vibrations, or that they delivered a car with broken interior lights, bad alloys,defective front windscreen wipers and split rear wiper,vehicle pulling to the right and the need to replace the tyres after the gel they inserted caused vibrations.Because they ignored my emails, receipts, and formal warnings, I am no longer offering any compromise amounts. I am officially launching a County Court claim against The Trade Centre Group PLC via Money Claim Online (MCO) to recover the full cost of the 4 tyres and tracking I had to pay for, a full refund for the mis-sold pack, and the full specialist costs to fix the remaining defects. If you buy from here, be prepared to take them to court to get them to obey the Consumer Rights Act. Or could of course still reject the vehicle.

Offered reasonable compromise and ignored

Bought a car from them about a month ago. Their employees told me I could cancel lifetime warranty anytime and transfer it, and now I'm stuck paying 60 pounds a month for the rest of the year. They are scammers. Also the car was in mediocre condition but atleast drives well, and the puncture-proof tyres are useless so do not buy, already had to replace one. If you know whats good for you, go elsewhere.

Bought a car on the 12th July, went back a week later faulty exhaust. The "replaced the exhaust" and I use the term loosely. Exactly one week after getting it back i noticed it was leaking oil, quite quickly, they have had my car a full week and done absolutely nothing. I want to reject this car and they use poor excuses like we have to fit it through our schedules, poor excuses for a poor company. Do your research, there is a fb group you should join before buying, absolute horror show of a company. Aftersales team are a joke
