Absolutely delighted with the speed, efficiency and price of my power points and light switches and very touched by the surprise of two lollies which my Grandson, who opened the package, discovered. Love the Trendi switches. Very modern and such a great selection of colours. Easy to change faceplates to suit your room when decorating! Really good company to buy from. They actually answer the telephone very quickly and and very friendly and helpful. When I ordered new faceplates someone actually phoned me up to check I knew it was just the faceplates I was ordering and not the full socket. Great service and I will definitely use them again.

I bought two light switches, a fairly minor purchase. Customer service was examplary. I received a call to let me know the items shipped, and another call a couple of weeks later to check if everything was OK with the order. (it was)

A good experience when ordering items . There was one outstanding item which they contacted me immediately to inform that there was a few weeks delay but they regularly contacted me to update on progress. Very good customer service! Wish all suppliers were as helpful

Great quality, magnificent array of colours and variety too, so easy to use and packaging not wasteful. Excellent customer service, had question and they was asked ASAP delivered on time which is fantastic.
