Needed a replacement for a double gang switch..
Wanted a more modern look and this looked just the job. It arrived a couple of days after ordering, and it was just a matter of removing
the old one. The new switch which has to be split by simply prising open with a small flat bladed screwdriver, as the base is screwed on first, then connect wires as previous, and then place cover over base and press to clip and hey presto.. a smooth modern switch with no
Screws showing. Looks great!!

Waited over 3 weeks for my items to be delivered due to low stock. Was told that they would send out the items they did have in stock to save waiting but they never did. Customer service lady was very unhelpful and didn't seem to know much about anything and was quite arrogant in responses then she put the phone down on me!. Had to chase up several times to see where order was. Won't be using again, just not a good experience.

I bought a Varilight Matt Chrome Classic V-Pro IR 2 Gang 2 x 100W LED Multi-Way Remote/Touch Control Dimmer Master Unit on 12 January 2022. I also bought the associated remote control for the dimmer.

The dimmer and the remote control were easy to set up. I used them to control remotely the lighting in my TV room, rather than having to get out of my seat and manually adjust the original rotary dimmer.

This dimmer worked perfectly for about 3 months when one of the dimmer gangs failed. I reported this breakdown to the seller, the Internet Retailer Limited. I was asked to provide video evidence of this failure, and on doing so was sent a replacement unit within a few days.

Customer service at this company was at all times very helpful and supportive.

Good price and delivered quickly, having seen these switches previously knew what to expect and got exactly what we required. Adds a classy finishing touch to a new modern kitchen.

We went for the trendie range in a dark green and are thrilled with them, they look very classy. Customer service is first class and Lilly-May was exceptionally helpful. We have now ordered more in warm grey & are looking forward to installing them.

Renovating our new home we wanted a fun look and love the Trendi switches for their colour and very easy to use switches for hands that are less dextrous than they used to be! Our electrician had not used them before, but was impressed by the quality and ease of wiring. TIR customer service is friendly and very helpful for those not versed in technical terms.

We were renovating our whole place totally from floor to ceiling and everything in between , including every light switch and socket.
We wanted something different, not boring but sexy. So I literally goggled “ sexy light switches “ and these come up with pictures straight away. We both went , yep that’s what we want, so we set about placing an order . Three orders later the whole place has been done and with do many different colours to choose from to. But we resisted a few. The people at Trendi were fantastic , so helpful and pleasant and the service was phenomenal. My electrician reckoned they were great quality as well , and with the flexibility of being able to change the face plate so easily to another colour if you wanted to is great. Would I but these again? Yes, would I buy them from the company direct ? Yes . We are over the moon them . Thank Trendi
