Ordered a fountain on 21st nov as Xmas present mistakes were made not of my making but my order has never arrived, after multiple emails I am now being ignored, the item was paid for on 21st nov as,not received order or refund.

Provided wrong products 4 times. Still not received correct product even when promised that they would . Not answering email. Wont give me a refund. Website no longer working - avoid

Very pleased with the new fountain top just what we needed.

Exactly as advertised. Well packaged and speedy delivery. This is so beautiful and I have it in my living room at the moment (Winter months!!) but will enjoy placing it in my garden during the Summer. I ordered the 'Open Leaves' one but I've now ordered another top to change from time to time. Would definitely recommend this as it is so calming and quite therapeutic.

The different fountain heads give different results regarding water flow and sound created.

Good price and excellent delivery as came very quickly. Ordered pebbles which are nice and blue mosaic base. This is paler than I expected. Makes a change to be able to swap looks on my fountain.

Can't put it together

Tried to install my cascading fountain head today, the extension tube is not long enough to connect to the pump.

Got my order pretty quickly. I hope they get the Christmas tree and snowman fountain heads again.

Easy to set up and worked straight from the box. Very happy with my new water feature. I would prefer a soft white light as an option not just blue, green and red which appear a little artificial.
